comes to a total of 900 calories. The remaining 300 calories

How to Structure your 1200 Calorie Meal Plan?


Although, it is evident that when following the 1200 calorie diet
meal plan, a person cannot consume more than 1200 calories

occasional treat, once or twice a month.

devote 40 mins of exercises daily. You

My height is 56 and my weight is 82 kg By body
is muscular But the weight is very high
according to my height.. What should I do for

Muscles weight much more than fat,


you have more muscles than fat in your
body and therefore you weigh more. I
dont think there is any reason to worry
as long as you have a fit and toned
