Kompact Vibram
Kompact Vibram sole, designed and tested by
Aimont and Vibram, made in high performance
rubber compound to obtain a superb adherence
and grip, the optimal durability and an avant-garde
design. Designed to face rough terrains, harsh
environments, often in difficult weather conditions,
this sole offers the best grip and reliability even on
most demanding surfaces. Contact heat-resistance
up to 300C.

Classic sole made of dual density polyurethane,
ergonomic for a better resistance to slip and

Zone-System
Zone-System sole made of two different TPU
compounds to optimise the anti-slip and antiabrasion functions. Optimal shock and microvibration absorption in the heel area.
TRUCKER
Trucker all terrain sole made of dual density
polyurethane which is distinguished by its very deep
tread patterns providing maximum grip in the most
difficult situations.

Manager sole, made of dual-density polyurethane,
classic and elegant design.
DONNA
Donna sole, made of dual-density polyurethane
with high adherence and grip on different surfaces;

sole design improves comfort whilst standing and
walking.
Gripper Light
Gripper Light, light single density polyurethane sole,
with excellent grip in the natural pressure zones, antistatic and fuel oil and oil resistant; the intersecting
cleats make the sole self-cleaning preventing dirt
and liquids from collecting in the channels.

TOE CAPS
ALU-LITE
Alu-Lite toe cap, 200 Joule protection, made of
aluminium, lightweight, non-thermal, non-magnetic,
anti-corrosive. Even though it gives the same
resistance, it is 51% lighter compared to traditional
steel toe caps. (ALU-LITE toe cap: 53 gr, steel toe
cap: 108 gr).
LIGHT-PLUS
Light-Plus toe cap, 200 Joule protection, in

composite material, lightweight, non-magnetic,
anti-corrosive and anti-allergic.
CLASSIC STEEL
Classic Steel traditional toe cap, made of steel, 200
Joule protection EN 20345:2007.
MIDSOLES
FLEX-SYSTEM
Flex-System pierce resistant midsole in composite
material with special ceramics. Non-magnetic, nonthermal, flexible and lightweight, it protects 100% of
the foot surface. Pierce resistance coefficient: 1.350
N (standard requirement: 1.100 N).
CLASSIC
Classic midsole made of steel.
ESD - ElectroStatic Discharge

A shoe is referred to as an ESD shoe if the contact
resistance is within the recommended range of
7,5x105 to 3,5x107 Ohm. ESD shoes ought to be
used in all those cases where the build-up of electric
charge is to be diminished by dissipating the static
charge to ground. The contact resistance of ESD
shoes lies within the lower anti-static range of shoes
for general industrial application. Apart from the
traditional industrial and service sectors, ESD safety
shoes are especially used if there is a necessity to
curb the build-up of static electricity by dissipating
the electrostatic charge to ground. It is not only the
wearer who is protected by the Aimont ESD safety
shoes, protection is also provided to the sensitive
electronic components which nowadays are used in
various categories of occupation.

ComfortPlus footbed, full piece, antistatic, anatomic,
in soft polyurethane covered with a special fibre with
EVA reticular structure. The holes in the front area
guarantee a perfect foot venting and the heel area
combined with IN-GEL SYSTEM helps preventing
shocks to the spinal column.
VENTO-PLUS
Vento-Plus footbed, anatomic and antistatic, with a
crisscross structure to allow air to circulate and to
allow breathability to pass through.
SCHOLL TECHNO
Scholl Techno exclusive footbed, made of different
EVA compounds, with an EVA relief heel insert with
a high energy dissipation and shock absorption.
Better stability in the arch of the foot area, anatomic,
anti-static, breathable and abrasion resistant
lined.

LININGS
DRYFIT
Dryfit lining, made of a brand-new anti-abrasion
fibre (dry abrasion resistance to 115.000 cycles,
that is twice the EN Standards requirement, 51.200
cycles). Anti-bacterial, it absorbs and releases
moisture, keeping unchanged the inner microclimate
and ensuring a high breathability, that is 12 times
more than the EN Standards requirement (26 mg/
cm2 x h, minimum requirement: 2,0 mg/cm2 x h).
AIR-TEXPLUS
Air-Texplus is a new light and highly breathable
synthetic material (water vapour coefficient: 93,6
mg/cmq; norm requirement: 15 mg/cmq), which
keeps unchanged the inner microclimate even at
high temperatures; it has an excellent resistance
to lacerations and abrasions (laceration resistance:
1200 N; norm requirement > 60N; abrasion
resistance: 100.000 cycles).
3D.LINING
3D.Lining, a lining made of a material with three
layers, with a network of micro-channels which
envelop the feet and ensure breathability and
moisture can pass through to the outside.
In NYLON, a synthetic material, allows breathability,

resistant to lacerations, tears, scratches and scuffs.
AIR-LIGHT
Air-Light anti-abrasion lining allows breathability.
AIRNET
Airnet is a fabric lining of air-tunnel construction
to ensure high level of breathability. Resistant to
abrasion, traction, laceration and washing.
DRY-TOP
Dry-Top lining, this fibre allows transpiration, for
fresh dry feet.
THINSULATE
Thinsulate, cold insulating and anti-cold fabric for

conditions.The Anti-acid with Wat-Out
uppers are designed to protect from risks of
corrosion by entering in contact with acids.
The Anti-Heat are equipped with a HRO
sole made of nitrile rubber, contact-heat
resistant up to 300C. Styles with metatarsal
protection and welders are designed to
protect the upper part of the foot. Riggers
come into a complete range, including some
anti-cold styles lined with insulating fabrics.
