Acceptance and Written Agreement

Payment to Navitas English in accordance with this letter of offer will constitute your acceptance of
this offer. The terms set out in this letter of offer, together with the enclosed terms and conditions
of enrolment will constitute your written agreement with Navitas English upon acceptance by
payment.

Conditions of Offer
Commencement of a course is subject to students providing evidence of, or meeting, required
English language proficiency levels. For more information regarding Navitas Englishs minimum entry
levels please refer to Navitas Englishs current brochure or website: navitasenglish.com. Course
entry requirements apply to courses other General English.
Students enrolling in Academic English courses without providing an appropriate English test result
are required to pass our entry test to gain entry into the courses.

Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)

If you would like Navitas English to arrange OSHC on your behalf, Navitas English will obtain OSHC
from Allianz Global Assistance. If you would like to purchase OSHC from another OSHC provider,
you will need to arrange OSHC directly with that provider.

Student Visa Holders

You will require a Confirmation of Enrolment (COE). Your COE will be issued upon acceptance and
payment of fees.

Orientation Information
Please arrive at Navitas English Sydney on your first day by 8.30am for your orientation. Please
bring your passport, visa details and current Australian address. If you are unable to attend our
orientation, please contact Navitas English prior to your enrolment start date and we will discuss
with you the possibility of having a late enrolment.
