Idea for the ability, on Election Day, to run a campaign for a maximum
of two minutes. It is not needed. Nominations need to be announced a
week before, And it will be posted on frog. Scheduled by board

Idea for, to change the constitution, brought up with board, board
pass with 3/5 majority, if it fails then, person who brought it up can
revise. If it doesn't pass then, it is dead. Then, it goes to general
membership, for exactly one week to vote on it. Simple majority to
pass, if it passes, the amendment is through. If it fails, the board
has one last chance.
