2.

Advance Fire Control requirement must have multiple field of view i.e.,
W(ide)FOV, M(edium)FOV (Optional) and N(arrow)FOV.

3.

An illuminated aiming mark or cross must be provided for day/night target

engagement which may be electronically adjustable for bore-sighting and moved by
Fire Control System computer.

4.

It should interface with existing Image Stabilized Fire Control System (having fire
on the move capability) comprising Stabilized Gunners Day Sight. Ballistic
Computer, Laser Range Finder, MET, CANT and turret displacement sensor.

5.

The Thermal Imager should incorporate a normal reticle pattern according to

Ammo, so that in case of computer failure it should assist the gunner and
commander to fire with the Thermal Imager Sight.

6.

A control/display unit CRT/LCD for Commander having all the facilities available
on gunners monitor Range compatibility should be available for gunner and
commander both at sight.

7.

The sight should be rugged capable of withstanding all rigours of field and its
installation should not block any existing observation equipment of tank.

8.

Facility for zeroing the sight should be such that it should hold good for subsequent
uses and should require re- zeroing only on change of components of the sight.
