I.
The Product/System
a. Introduction:
This is an automated Loan Management System which is based on formal Loan
Management Process. This is a Loan Management System (LMS) which is mainly used in
banks for the purpose of controlling loan data which are vital easily. According to the
details which are given by the bank applicant or the client could decide about taking the
loan.

User Registration
When a customer needs a loan he or she has meets the front officer. Then the
front officer asks for the basic information of the user and registers the user for a
loan.
Trial Calculation
This trial calculation helps the user to decide whether the installment is necessary
or not.
Loan Application
The bank will forward an application form which is detailed about the loan. Also
here we needs assets proof document copy, pay sheet and guarantors information
for the appraisal process. User must fill the application and hand it over to the
front desk officer. Different loan types have its own application form.
Loan Appraisal
Application forward to the Appraisal Officer to appraise. The officer goes through
with given details and check whether those are true and accurate. After the
appraisal process he will send the application for the approval process.
Loan Approvals

Based on the appraised loan application, other reports provided by the appraisal
officer about the client and also the important client details, approving officer will
decide whether to approve or to reject the loan application
Loan Disbursement
Loan can be disbursed in a single or multiple disbursements. The number of
disbursements and the value of the disbursement can be varied and it is depend
on the loan type and the loan scheme which has been requested.
After or near to complete repayment of the first disbursement management can
decide to make the next disbursement.
Information center
All the details of the client are centralized by the system according to the client
registration.
Report center
A report is generated by the system like a summary of loan application.
(Including repayment period, number of months, loan amount etc.)

Payment Gateway
Collection process is categorized into various methods like multiple payments, check
payments.
Disbursed amount should collect according to the agreed repayment schedule. Followup Officer holds the responsibility of collections. The Officer can monitor customers
due payments and make actions to collect installments.
If customer refuses to make payments the officer sends Notices to customer. In return
of a good response activity can continue under Companys conditions. Otherwise the
case forwards to the Legal Officer.
