Reiteration

My name is Thomas Prak. I antted seaview High school.I am firmly of

the opinion that hand- held computer games should not be banned from
schools.
Frisly,if thew were banned, just imagine how many unhappy and games
at recess with your friends. Moreover, they can help you make new
friends.so,the games encourage students to mix with one another.
Secondly,hand-held computer games dont interfere with our
schoolwork.Yes,occasionally students would get caught playing whit them
in class. However,if there are proper rules and punishments, this can be kept
under control.
Lastly,theses games develop our hand-eye coordination.they are
quietand so are not distracting ! Therefore,I cant see why teachers world
object to this !
My arguments is conclusive : hand-held computer at school are
harmless. Moreover they are fun ,help yau make friends, can be
controlled ,and are good for us.Therefore, dont ban hand-held computer
games!

thesis

Media Junkie
Just because you read it in a magazine or seeit on a TV screen, dont
make it factual. Those lines are quoted from one Michael Jacsons
songs,Tabloid Junkie.when jacko released the album History ,which
contains the above song, his relationship with the media was far from
line.michael Jackson has not been the only star who has freeted about his
privacy being invaded by the press.

Arguments

Regardless of wheter he was quility or not whether the media was

telling the truth or not, media users like us who are potential target iof
media ,sould make our own judgements.when we talk about media and
information,we expect the media to give us true and unbiased
information. We expect the media to be as objective as possible .but the
reality is things are not always the way we want them to be.The world is
not very black and white, its mostly grey.even the truth may be adjustable.

Reiteration

Dealing with something like this,I think we have to rely on one thing:
our own conscience.Let our consiece speak before we decide whether
something is ringt or wrong.we must provide ourselves with as much
information as possible from all sides of the story .as wise men say: dont
judge the book by its cover.

Intergrated Pest Management

thesis

Arguments

Reiteration

There is no one best way to deal with pests in agriculture.Pesticides are

commonly used, but this may cause many problems.Thats why I fell that
combining different management operation is the most efectibe way to
control pests.
The chemicals in pesticides may build as residues in the environment.
This residues the quality of farm produce. As well, pests can gradually
became resistant to pesticides. This means newer and sometimes stronger
ones have to be developed.
Some pesticides affect non target such as fish add bees. This effects the
natural balance. Also aiming to completely wipe out agricultural pests may
be very expensive. Sometimes pests damage costs less than the method of
control.
Understanding the ecology of the area helps a lot in pest control.
Natural enemies can be used to control a pests. Pesticides would be chosen

that dont affect the natural enemies. Therefore, I think integrated pest
management is a safe and more effective option in agriculture.
