10th in McAllen,

3:15pm: arrive at FBO

3:30-4:00pm: aerial tour of fence

4:00pm: land near Farr City Hall (suggest Farr Intern Bridge)

4:00-4:15pm: OBP transport to Farr City Hall

4:15-5:00pm: roundtable on the fence with local officials and OBP; open press (b) will send me the

5:00-5:15pm: press avail

5:15pm: conclude (need details on departure transportation)

(b) is trying to nail all the details down by tomorrow, so we are on a short time frame. I have a call
