Part of the get backs from today’s SRT is a set of FAQs on the Hidalgo Contract. Specifically, we need to provide
information that establishes how CBP will ensure accountability and oversight for the contract. Questions were
raised regarding fraud and financial accountability. Greg assured them that we

are not the first agency to use a non-FAR based contract and that other agencies have written contracts that had
controls for contractor performance and invoicing. You get the idea. They want an explanation of the type of
contract that we will write in Q & A form.

This is a tight turn around tasking being coordinated by (b) (6)

(b) (6) may be able to answer any specific questions that you might have.
