    On January 22, 2007, CREW filed a FOIA request with NASA for records related to the decision of the Bush administration to reduce funding of scientific programs affecting our ability to analyze and predict hurricanes and other natural disasters as well as global climate change. Fourteen months later, on March 24, 2008, NASA made its first response and indicated it had forwarded the request to other NASA facilities.     The Bubble Chart with NPOESS EDRs has been updated. The new date of the charts
    areSeptember, 2006. It is still two pages long. The revision number is 13, so we now
    have a V13A and V13B. These charts have been reviewed and concurred on by Mike Haas and
    Mike Bonadonna.
