WHAT IS THE RULE 11 LETTER

The Rule 11 Letter is a mystery wrapped in an enigma and cased in a socialist lie. The
truth is the Rule 11 Letter is the label given to the Republican Establishments agenda to
eliminate the base from any ideological decision making process in the Republican Party.
It has nothing to do with Conservatism and everything to do with Socialism. Thats right,
the Republican Party in the state of Nevada and many of its Establishment Politicians, are
not only provocateurs of socialism, they are probably the largest racist group of
organized politicians in one state since the 1960 Jim Crow Era. The Establishment
Republican politicians in the state of Nevada have completely sold out the Conservative
base and all grassroots efforts, and any constitutional loving American. And, the Rule 11
Letter eliminating the primary process where the Republican Party decides before the
primary process is over, which candidate will receive the backing and full support and
endorsement, to the pure unconstitutional disadvantage of their opponents, cannot be
argued but anything but a corrupt system that can only be born in the failed system of
Socialism and Communism.
Here in the state of Nevada, Republican Party Chairman Michael McDonald, arguably the
most corrupt and racist republican official in America today, has instituted the Rule 11
Letter on behalf of Joe Heck, the second most racist and corrupt politician in America,
and other unnamed candidates running for election in the state of Nevada. Anyone in the
state of Nevada who opposes Republican Party Chairman Michael McDonald, Joe Heck
and Harry Reids backed cartel idea that the Rule 11 Letter is unconstitutional, like
myself, comes under immediate and public attack. The fear of the base standing up to
this evil and unconstitutional act of this Rule 11 Letter, is the one thing that the
Establishment Republican Secular Elitist feared the most today in republican politics in
the state of Nevada. This is why anyone who talks about or stands up to the Rule 11
Letter, the Establishment of the Republican Party goes to war against.
As one of the few African Americans in any shape form or fashion that you could find,
that would have anything to do with the Republican Party in Clark County Nevada, I
found the base, especially here in Clark County, Republicans and Conservatives can be
some of the most wonderful caring and God fearing people I have ever met. The base
and the grassroots movements and the tea party members have been nothing but
welcoming. African Americans can find a winning coalition in spirituality to the Promised
Land in a union with the Evangelicals and Constitutional Conservatives. This union is
what Harry Reid, Michael McDonald, Joe Heck, Governor Sandoval, Adam Laxalt, Kevin
Childs, Dina Titus, and many other in the Democrat and secular capitalist cabal, cannot
afford to happen. That is why I was attacked by Michael McDonald, Republican Party
State Chairman, publically at the Lincoln Day dinner and called a Nigger, in front of
every prominent Establishment Republican in the state of Nevada at the Gold Coast
Casino, on film, and not one single republican elected official who was aware of this ugly
incident, has apologized to me or called for the removal of Michael McDonald from his
Chairman position. If anything, I received emails of a racist video commercial mocking
me, copies of radio shows where Nevada State Party Assistant Treasurer Megan Heryet,
Carl Bunce, Chris Dyer, and David Isbell, were on making fun of me and my family and
was informed that these materials was passed around the state by Nevada Republican
Party Chairman Michael McDonald and his cartel as a way to embarrass and intimidate

me and my family through public humiliation and physical harm. Just because I stood up
to Michael McDonald and Joe Hecks evil and unconstitutional Rule 11 Letter, and to
make things worse, the only public officials who even apologized for this national
disgrace and embarrassment to the party, has been Clark County Chairman Ed Williams
and State Senate Candidate Victoria Seaman. Even though Ive attended other events
where Michael McDonald was present, he refuse to apologize. And the silenced of all the
other prominent politicians and the Establishments controlled media in the state of
Nevada at the Lincoln Day Dinner who witnessed this public racist break down of their
leader on one of the few African Americans willing to publically support the Republican
Party, shows the decade state of the soul of the Secular Capitalist Establishment Elitist
and exposes that they have given up all pretense of being conservative. My answer to
The Michael McDonald and Harry Reids Cartel attack on me, is come get some, you
picked the wrong brother. I am not leaving the Republican Party. Im not leaving Clark
County. Im not going anywhere. If you thought you saw me a lot before, youre going to
see me much more. If you think I talk too much, youre going to find out Ive hardly
talked enough. You will not take away my right to a primary vote with this Socialist, evil
Rule 11 Letter. And its going to take more than threatening my life and calling me a
Nigger, to keep me from exposing what youre really trying to hide with this Rule 11
Letter and that is you have all been bought by the K Street Lobby, and now just like the
Democrats, youre pushing an illegal invading work force on the citizens of Nevada
through your weak Democratic immigration policies. Thats why you want to eliminate
the debate so no one will talk about Joe Hecks weak and sinister pro amnesty
immigration record. Yes folks, the Rule 11 Letter is about Immigration and Amnesty, and
the Secular Capitalist Elitist Union with the Secular Progressive Socialist Labor Union to
make Nevada the leading state for amnesty and promoting illegal immigration.
If Joe Heck wants to be Senator, instead of being bought and paid for by the
Establishment, he needs to get out and debate his primary opponents, especially on his
ethics as it pertains to the Rule 11 Letter and his failed and weak immigration policies
that he would push upon the base as an act of being a uniter when the only thing thats
united of his and the Secular Elite Capitalist Establishment is their common vision for the
state of Nevada with Socialist Democrats.
