The task
Learn about the story of the city and create a document (text and pictures) with all the
information you have found on the internet.
The process
1. Students will be divided into groups of 2 to 3 members.
2 Each group will choose a particular topic about the city of new York:
General Information - History and Geography– Famous Places – Famous Monuments
3 Each group member will answer a certain number of questions and will be responsible for
visiting the resources assigned.
4. Each group member will take notes about the questions he/she is assigned.
5 Each group will write a paragraph (10-15 lines) about the topic chosen.
6 Group members will compare notes
7 Each paragraph will include iconographic documents: pictures, photos, maps, etc…
