ABSTRACT

Barian, Maricel, Lauron, Geneline, Balcita Jinky and Vicoy, Cris.,

Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, North Central
Mindanao College with this feasibility study entitled Seaside Hotel, for the year
2015-2016.
The study was conducted to determine how feasible the proposed
Seaside Hotel business which is a sole-proprietor type of business and its
projected income in its investment life.
Findings show that the net income of the income after tax over the gross
revenue or the gross sale from year 1 to year 5 shows an increasing trend of
ratio. Thus, the business is ongoing and provides a desirable margin after
deducting all expenses. The return on investment resulted to 65.79% considering
the critical asset life. Thus, the result shows that the proposed project plan return
as much as higher than the rate during the investment period. The payback
period shows that it will be 1 years and 10 months the business could return the
investment cost of the business. Since it is lesser than the investment life
business assets, it shows that the business is desirable and worth pursuing.
