Corporate Tax, Works Contract Tax, Service Tax as
applicable to complete job.
RATES OF TAXES & DUTIES CONSIDERED AND INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE LUMP SUM
PRICE ARE TO BE INDICATED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CLAIM IN ACCORDANCE WITH
CHANGE IN LAW
Laws, Acts, Rules, Regulations etc. and the tariffs thereof considered by the bidder while
estimating the incidence of taxes, duties, fees, levies etc. considered and included in the
bidders Lump sum price quoted above, as per relevant provisions of General Conditions of
Contract to be used for the purpose of adjustment to the contract price in the event of
change in law in terms of relevant clause of General Conditions of Contract are as under:

Note : 1. Bidder may suitably add other heads in terms of Change in Law clause
of General Conditions of Contract. 2. The bidders not indicating the rates as
desired above shall not be entitled for any claim due to change in law.

3. The successful
bidder has to give an undertaking that they will submit invoices in a way that
ONGC will be able to get CENVAT benefit on EXCISE duty as well as Service Tax
based on tax invoice as per respective rules under the act.
