Secretary
This division will be responsible for managing SBE UISC timeline,
documents, mails, etc. Secretary division is also responsible for holding
regular BoD meeting, preparing facilities for other division programs
(class, certificate, etc), and creating programs evaluation report (LPJ).

Finance
Finance division will have 2 subdivisions, Finance manager and
Entrepreneurship.
o Finance manager
Finance manager will be responsible for managing the cash flow for
SBE UISC programs and make a monetary report.
o Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship will help SBE UISC finding its own fund resources.
This fund resources includes company sponsorship, selling SBE
merchandise, etc.

Research and Curriculum

This division will be responsible for deciding the topics discussed by SBE
UISC in the 1 year stewardship. They will prepare the introduction of every
topics so members can understand about each topic that will be discussed
further in GL. This division is also responsible for managing the Research
Group formed by SBE UISC.

Guest Lecture and Training

GL and Training will be responsible for holding guest lectures according to
the topics prepared by Research and Curriculum division. This division is
responsible for finding the lecturer and themes for every GL. GL and
Training also responsible for holding training classes to help members
develope their knowledge. This division is also responsible for preparing
members to face competitions.

Public Relation
PR will be the face of SBE UISC. They are responsible for SBE UISC
branding and publication. PR will conduct visits to other universities and
BioEngineering related company as their main branding stategy. PR is also
responsible in maintaining a good relationship with other SBE SC and SBE
UISC alumnus to help SBE UISC members career path in the future.

Internal
Internal will have 2 subdivisions, Internal Bonding and Human Resources.
o Internal Bonding
Internal Bonding will be responsible in maintaining members and
staffs sense of belonging toward SBE UISC. This subdivision will
help SBE UISC members to feel the togetherness in SBE.

HR will be responsible in signing new members to the SBE

international. They are also responsible for developing members
soft skills and knowledge about BE related company.

Media and Communication

This division will have 2 subdivisions, Journalism and Website and Design.
o Journalism
Journalism are the one responsible in constructing SBE UISC
magazine, hold interviews, and creating articles.
o Website and Design
Website and Design subdivision will help SBE UISC in designing SBE
merchandise, posters, and developing SBEs website. This division is
also responsible in conducting design training for other divisions to
help them prepare their own posters
Bassically, Media and Communication is the gate for the world to see SBE
UISC, through SBE magazine and website.

Research and Development

Research and Development division will help SBE UISC grow into a better
organization. RnD will set the parameter of success for every programs in
SBE UISC and conducting an evaluation of that programs. RnD is also
responsible in calculating SBE UISC index at the end of the stewardship
and prepare strategic plan and grand design for the next stewardship.
