IM SORRY to crash your pity party, but the time has come for ALL of
you to STOP wallowing in ignorance and sanctimonious self-pity, to get
off your knees, and to START acting like rational American citizens!
Over the last several weeks, I hoped that SOME of you might be learning
something about your rights and obligations as American Citizens; however, on March 4, 2016 most of YOUR speeches in front of the U.S District Court, Tucson Arizona, and just about every post rally post on this fb
site. has convinced me otherwise.
On March 4, 2016 amongst you, only Larry had the guts to shout his ANGER and righteous indignation at federal authorities who MIGHT have
felt inclined to take our (my) Petition for Redress of Grievances seriously!
With YOUR help, they WOULD have taken the Petition seriously, when
we lawfully marched in their neighborhoods, door to door, politely asking their neighbors and families to sign.
Wake UP people!
LaVoy Finicum was NOT a god fearing man; in his last days he was a
lawless man, a hard working man, loved dearly by his family, who unfortunately chose to live out his last days on earth VIOLENTLY, away from
his familys loving embrace, in direct DEFIANCE of the law and Christs
teachings.
He who lives by the sword dies by the sword; have ANY of you struggled to comprehend the meaning of that?
Whatever else he might have been, LaVoy Finicum was NOT a man of
peace, a man seeking justice.
In America you DONT seek justice at the point of a gun!

In America you dont seek justice by seizing and occupying public land
at gunpoint, or by using GUNS to stop constitutionally empowered law
enforcement officers from performing their constitutionally authorized
duties.
In America, if you must, you confront law enforcement in a Court of Law,
where the constitution requires them to answer!
Every day in America, innocent people are arrested; sometimes innocent
people are sent to prison. But if you drive off law enforcement at the
point of a gun, or drive away from law enforcement trying to arrest
you, you WILL be arrested like Clive Bundy, or unlawfully executed like
LaVoy Finicum!
Truth be told; LaVoy Finicum died an angry man, a bitter man, an ignorant man who left his home to travel to Burns Oregon, where he unlawfully seized public property and IGNORED local ranchers who begged him
to stop his unlawful, and violent, occupation in THEIR state.
LaVoy Finicum refused to heed Oregon Ranchers when they pled for
peace in THEIR State. Driven by volcanic rage and steeped in ignorance,
LaVoy Finicum didnt CARE about Oregon Ranchers or THEIR families; he
was too filled with hate, bitterness and rage for that!
LaVoy Finicum was not a prophet; he was simply a man, and no man
deserves deification and worship.
I organized this rally because today LaVoy Finicum deserves justice
which now only means: our government MUST arrest the Finicum Gunmen, MUST indict the Finicum Gunmen and MUST bring the Finicum
Gunmen to stand trial in front of a jury of their peers, for the apparent
EXECUTION of LaVoy Finicum in violation of LaVoys right to due process as required by the constitution, the same constitution so many of
you hicks are so ignorant of!

ON January 26, 2016, LaVoy Finicum deserved due process or arrest

and trial for the alleged crimes of trespass, brandishing firearms, interfering with law enforcement officials, etc., the very same offenses Clive
Bundy is NOW charged with.
In America, law enforcement has the constitutional authority to arrest;
however, it does not have the constitutional authority to gun down
those who are suspected of crimes.
In America, OUR constitution demands that those who are accused of a
crime MUST BE afforded due process.
In America OUR constitution expressly prohibits the police from being
judge, jury and executioner.
LaVoy Finicum was gunned down in a particularly heinous and unlawful
fashion, which is WHY I called for a rally and an opportunity for you to
lawfully petition our government for a redress of grievance.
But YOU ignorant, red necked hicks with your superior attitudes and
vast constitutional ignorance, dont know ANYTHING about the constitution and due process.
Today, two days after the rally you dont STILL know WHAT your constitutional rights are and HOW to aggressively assert and protect them.
On Friday March 4, 2016 it was evident to all who listened you didnt
know what OUR constitution means, in spite of the MANY articles Ive
posted to the Justice for LaVoy Finicum fb site, and my continual reminders to you as we stood in front of the U.S. District Court in Tucson Arizona.
On March 4, 2016, rather than lift your voices in righteous and focused
anger, all of you, excepting Larry, remained on your knees, in abject and
servile subjugation, wallowing in self-pity and whining about honoring
and following in the footsteps of LaVoy Finicum.

Tell me: just WHERE in the constitution does it say that YOU have the
right to pick up a gun, seize public property and defy duly appointed
law enforcement?
On March 4, 2016 ,by sanctifying and worshipping a fellow citizen who
only NEEDED defending, you frittered away, your chance to get Justice
for LaVoy Finicum.
March 4, 2016 was YOUR opportunity to stand up for LaVoy, to DEMAND justice under the rule of law, to protect LaVoys rights and YOUR
rights, because if we dont stand up to protect EVERY Americans rights,
NONE of our rights will be protected.
So, go back to your pity party, because after rereading this entire blog
this morning Im sick and tired of all of you, DONE with all of you ignorant,
red necked, cult worshiping HICKS.
Get back DOWN on your knees, stay there where you belong, continue
to share your ignorance with each other, and continue to whine impotently.
