destination point, or a stopover point on the journey, is not in the country of departure. The
Warsaw Convention may provide, inter alia, for different maximum limits of liability for the
carrier with regard to the death or injury of a passenger, or loss or damage to a passenger’s
baggage, from those that apply to domestic flights.
