PART II. PLAN OF WORK (To be completed jointly with SC holder at the
beginning of the contract): Within the framework of the terms of reference,
indicate the key deliverables, including measurable outputs; performance
indicators and skills and competencies expected of the individual during the
review period for final evaluation of results.
• Driver for the LGSP staff, transport authorized personnel and deliver and collect mail, document
and other supplies and equipment;

• Assume the day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle; Checks oil, water, battery, brakes,
tires, etc, performs other minor repairs and arrange for external repairs and ensures that the vehicle
is kept clean and in good working order, logas official trips, daily mileage, gas/fuel consumption,
oil changes, greasing and other services and timely annual vehicle inspection and registration with
the Ministry of Transport, etc.

• Accompany LGSP staff on field trips to the districts;

• Ensure that the steps required by rules and regulation are taken in case of any of involvement in
accidents;

• Collect and deliver mail, pouches and other documents from and to the post office, airport,
government agencies or UN organizations. Operates photocopying and other office equipment;

• Support the LGSP staff during workshops and trips districts, facilitating their movements, and
assisting with photocopying and other related duties needed by them;
• Perform any other duty as required.

• During the reporting period, he have daily office drive car for working taken the staff member
to UNDP submission payment and followed up the all payment has submitted to Finance UNDP;

• Regular check of car condition, oil, water, and necessary that need to the car;

• Responsible for car control the log kilometers and fuel;

• Check materials for car and requested for maintenance;


• Always travel with staff members for official visited in 8 districts for the training or meeting with
assemblies;

• Perform other task that the Administrative Assistant and PM required;

Mr Antonio has been working with the project for 12 months and his performance has
been good overall. He is dependable and responsible with his tasks and travel with the
project staff for district visits. However, he is sometimes not very supportive to other
staff when asked to assist other staff in bringing materials for trainings during field trips.

Although his overall performance is good, he is recommended to develop his knowledge


on procedures together with the Administrative Assistant and LGSP PM to support the
project staffs in project operations. He also needs to be more willing and show more
initiative to handle additional tasks, when required by supervisors.
