PROJECT BACKGROUND
Provide factual information about the context of the problem or opportunity to be addressed.
This section should present a logical analysis that justifies the conduct of the project.
To avoid unmonitored changes on inventory and sales that may cause lost. Operational
Data Integrity that eliminates the need if paper works so that redundancy or loss of records
can be avoided. Improved Operational efficiency and service monitoring so that there will be
a monitoring on real-time, actual service and operations.
The business has an existing inventory management system. But with their current outdated
system. And this results to problem that leads to shortage and wastage of products. By
making an inventory management system, not only it will help the employees to facilitate
order, storage and use of components and also to prevent inventory shrinkage .

Provide an overview of the organization and personnel requirements of the project. Divide
your presentation into three parts: (1) project management & organization; (2) manpower;
(3) training and development. Under project management & organization, describe how the
project will be managed, identify key personnel and their roles, specify authority
relationships. It would be ideal to include an organization chart. Under manpower, provide
an estimate of the workforce requirements in terms of skills, expertise and strategies for
recruiting or sourcing qualified people. Under training and development, provide a
summary of the personnel training necessary to support the project.
