Provide compassionate personalized nursing care services to patient.


Organize, prioritize and schedule visits to homes, communities and
residents to deliver nursing care therapy.

Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.

Administer medications to patients as prescribed by physician and monitor


patients for reactions or side effects.

Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.

Facilitate diagnostic and other lab tests to patients.

patients.

Provide physical, psychological and appropriate therapy to patients.
Detect early symptoms of depression and make home care nursing
recommendations to family for encouragement to patients.
