1/. Regarding my FOIL request, I am seeking all public records, already provided
electronically, that are *not* encumbered by healthcare privacy, as reflected in
the court order entered by U.S. District Court Judge Deborah Batts. See the attached
motion to compel filed last week ; attached to the letter motion is a description of
records that have already been produced to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
To clarify, I am seeking all the electronic records that are not subject to healthcare
privacy of NYCHA tenants. The records I am seeking have already been produced to
the U.S. Attorney's Office, and I am asking that a duplicate electronic copy of the
non-exempt records be provided to me in response to this FOIL request. Given that
these non-exempt records have already been produced, that means that these records
have already been collected, and their production in response to this FOIL request
should be very easy to facilitate.
I am seeking an electronic copy of those records.
Please acknowledge receipt of this FOIL request before the end of business today.
