Subject:1250 Fremont Street Upgrades
Any help would be appreciated. I got all the post holes dug today and am ready for the delivery of
materials tomorrow. Yesterday I got the fence down and delivered to the recycle center. Someone
stole my laborer yesterday, so I had to do it all by myself.
So far, the job is going more smoother than expected, considering all the stalkers and the
employees of Home Depot harassing me like you could not believe.
I paid on the property taxes last week. I still don't think it is fair that I have been
paying the taxes, insurance, and maintenance since 2009, and the back taxes since
2008. You guys should at least sign the deed over to me if you are not going to help.
Remember, when I upgrade your equity increases!
The budget includes some clothing, the dishwasher, the materials to fix my car, and
some other things, including the upstairs faucet that I replaced. I still need to buy 3
windows for the upstairs and I saw Lowes has them for around $100.00.
Today me and Mike McDonald, my attorney trying to make NATIONWIDE pay the claim
for my car, which they owe me some $7,000 since their driver was at fault, and I think
no one wants to pay me and they think they can just get away with it.
Mike said he will file a claim for 10 times the amount if they don't pay the $7245.00.
