RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS, WAIVER OR LIABILITY AND

ACCEPTANCE OF INHERENT RISK

WARNING: By signing this document: you, your spouse, heirs,
executors,
successors,administrators and assigns, give up the right to seek
any claim whatsoever.
TO: Servicios Tursticos Nomads of the Seas Ltda. (Nomads)
(Hereinafter referred as the Release)

(i) I meet all requirements, including without limitation, those related with health,
physical, technical and psychological conditions, needed to retain the services of
the
Company and to participate in the following activities (the Activities) to be carried
out
with the Company in connection with the fishing and vacation trip that takes place
between
20
and
20
(the Vacation
Trip):

Excursions ashore via jet boats, helicopter and/or zodiac for flyfishing, trekking, kayaking, white-water rafting, whale-watching,
bird-watching, nature photography, sightseeing and other
similar activities.

(ii) I acknowledge and accept all the inherent risks involved in the Activities and
commit
myself to act and behave in a responsible and careful manner while under the
services
of the Company; whether aboard the vessel, ashore, in the water, docks,
helicopters, jet
boats, inflatable boats, float tubes and any other means of transportation whether
it is by
land, air or water or in any other place while the Vacation Trip lasts.
(iii) I voluntarily decided to participate in the Activities and be subject to the
regulations
and conditions applicable thereto.

(iv) On behalf of myself, my spouse, heirs, executors, successors, administrators,

assigns
and whomever else may have an interest under applicable law, I hereby waive any
and
all claims I or my spouse, heirs, executors, successors, administrators, assigns and
whomever else may have an interest under applicable law, now and in the future,
and
hereby release from all civil, criminal or any other type of liability. And agree not to
seek
any claims whatsoever from the Company and/or Operators, shareholders,
partners,
officers, directors, employees, representatives (collectively the Releasee) for any
personal injury, death, property damage or loss sustained by me or third parties as
a
result of my voluntary participation in the Vacation Trip and the Activities due to
any
cause whatsoever, including without limitation, negligence on the part of the
Releasee.
(v) For the purpose of this agreement, the Vacation Trip shall have an extension
from the
time of my initial arrival in the cities and/or towns of Puerto Montt, Balmaceda,
Coihaique, Puerto Chacabuco, Chaiten, La Junta, Puyuhuapi, Punta Arenas, and
Ushuaia or wherever the base may be at the beginning or end of the Vacation Trip,
until
my final departure there from, and includes, without limitation, any and all
activities
taking place or carried out at anytime and anywhere in those towns or cities,
surrounding locations, or elsewhere, including all other means of travel whether or
not
included in the Vacation Trip.
(vi) I am aware the Vacation Trip has, in addition to the usual dangers and risks
inherent
in this activity (including, without limitation, failure of equipment, loss of control,
collisions, sinking, constant travel in or through oceans, mountains, lakes, rivers,
creeks,
trees, rocks, adverse weather, low temperatures, and other man-made or natural
obstacles), certain additional dangers and risks, including but not limited to:
1. WEATHER, TIDES, WAVES, CURRENTS, ALTITUDE and AVALANCHES,
which
may frequently occur during the Activities and may be caused by natural
forces,
force majeure or other guests, jet boats, helicopters, etc.
The danger of all of the above includes the risk of prediction, failure of
general
safety and rescue equipment techniques and any negligence in the
training or
use thereof.
2. OCEAN, LAKES, RIVERS and MOUNTAINS are areas that in their natural
state
have many obstacles and hazards (such as waves, currents, cliffs,
crevasses,

breakable snow crust, ice, wild animals, etc.). These areas may have not
been
previously visited or inspected, are not regularly patrolled or examined,
and
rescue and medical treatment may not be available.
3. SHIP TRAVEL, HELICOPTER TRAVEL, JET BOAT TRAVEL and other means
of
transportation. Any negligent conduct, including operational error and/or
mechanical failure, as well as the additional risks, which are posed by
travels in
or through oceans, lakes, rivers and mountainous areas, amongst others
and in
ever changing weather conditions.
4. WEATHER, REMOTE LOCATIONS and ALTITUDE. Weather conditions may
be
extreme and can change rapidly without warning, creating risk of
frostbite,
exposure,hypothermia, etc. Remote locations, ocean conditions, high
altitudes
and rarified atmospheres also increase the effects of sunlight, ram, snow,
cold
weather, visibility and physical exertion may hamper rescue attempts.
5. THE OPERATORS AND OTHER GUESTS. Any negligent conduct, including
negligence by the Operator and/or other guests; this includes all activities
under
the guides supervision, whose advice and direction may differ from
practices
elsewhere.

(vii) I accept all inherent risks and dangers of the Activities and the possibility of
personal
injury, death, property damage or loss resulting there from. I am also aware that
not
always there is going to be a Doctor on Board.
(viii) I understand and accept that all activities related to my trip, may result on
having
to spend one or more days and/or nights outdoors due to weather limitations,
geographical difficulties or equipment failure.
(ix) I also accept all charges, from any special requirements I make, to avoid the
situation
of point (viii), or in case of early departure. This includes additional rescue
equipment,
transportation systems and services, other than the ones normally supplied by the
Releasee.
(x) I acknowledge that Nomads grants for my personal use a safety box with personal
safety numbers which is to put away any personal belongings whether or not with a
value, so it will not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from
their loss o damage, total or partial, unless they are handed to the captain of the
MNV Atmosphere in custody so he may put them away into the general safety box
of the vessel, prior to the issue of the proper reception document with express
declaration of its valuation.
(xi) I acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of the Activities which are
derived
in part from accessing and traveling through unexplored and virgin territories and
that
the inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement. I also accept that
this
trip and their activities take place far away from a Medical Center or similar
establishment.
(xii) I further acknowledge and agree that while participating in the Activities I shall
at all
times FOLLOW THE GUIDES INSTRUCTIONS. I understand that my failure to
FOLLOW THE GUIDES INSTRUCTIONS may result in the suspension of my privileges,
personal injury, or death.
(xiii) In the context of this agreement, and without limiting the overview of the
term,
negligence shall include any act or omission relating to guiding, use of helicopters,
jet
boats, inflatable boats, prediction of general conditions such as tides, currents,
avalanches, choice of territory, prediction of weather conditions or any other
conditions
or factors that may amount to a departure from the standard care which a prudent
person usually takes for his own concerns in regard of the activity.
(xiv) I further agree that the terms of this agreement may only be amended by a
proper
executed written agreement between the Releasee and myself and that this
agreement
shall not be affected or altered by any subsequent oral or written representations
made
by any of the Releases.

(xv) The passenger grants Nomads authorization to use the pictures, videos,
interviews,
casts etc. that is taken by the companys personnel during the current trip for
internal
communications, newsletters, websites, brochures and media outlets. This also
grants
the use of testimonials given by passengers. All the rights of digital photographs
remain
with Nomads.
(xvi) This agreement and any rights, duties and obligations between the parties of
this
Agreement shall be governed and construed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
(xvii) My dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection
with
this agreement, breach, termination or validity thereof, litigation involving the
parties of
this agreement shall be done exclusively in the Courts of the Republic of Chile and,
by
execution and delivery of this agreement, I hereby irrevocably accept for myself
and my
property, generally and unconditionally, the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. To
the
highest extent permitted by applicable law, I further hereby irrevocably waive any
claim
that any such courts lack personal jurisdiction over me, and agree not to plead or
claim,
in any legal action or proceeding with respect to this agreement brought in any of
such
courts, that such courts lack personal jurisdiction over me. To the fullest extent
permitted
by applicable law, I hereby irrevocably waive any objection which I may now or
hereafter have to the laying of venue of any actions or proceedings arising out of or
in
connection with this Agreement brought in the courts referred to above. And I
hereby
further irrevocably waive and agree not to plead or claim in any such court that any
such
action or proceeding brought in any such court has been brought in an inconvenient
forum.
I confirm that I am [ ] years old and that I have carefully read and understood this
agreement prior to executing it and agree that this agreement shall be binding
upon my
spouse, heirs, executors, successors, administrators and assigns. I am also aware
that I
am waiving certain legal rights that I otherwise may have and I enter into this
agreement
by my own free will and choice.
