MA 764MS4 attempted to pull into the spot knocking the tire
nozzle off causing the tire to go flat. Unsure if the
operator realized what had happened. Ofc Walsh reports MA
764MS4 was gone prior to arrival.

Ofc Walsh and Ofc Newport out to 263 Otis St Apt 4 in
attempt to locate the operator of MA 764SM4
Narrative:
Ofc Walsh spoke to the owner, Darlene, who denies any
involvement. Darlene did state that another tenant inside
the apartment building took her MV but she wouldn't give a
name. Ofc Walsh is responding back to West Mansfield Variety
to get a copy of the video
