DEVELOPMENTAL PROJECTS

PC I (Preparation Procedure)

Heads are directed / advise to follow the following procedure regarding


preparation of PC-I proforma. An example of PC-I F.G Boys College Noshwera Cantt
has given bellow.

It has been observed that School / Colleges request allocation of


funds for development work without adopting codal procedure.
In future all request regarding construction of new and up
gradation of existing institutions will only be accepted /
processed on prescribed PC- I. Following information /
documents be included with PC-I along with soft copy.
(a)

Brief history /justification for establishment of new and up


gradation of old school /colleges.

(b)

Site plan / line plan/drawings along with certificate


regarding availability of land without which no scheme
can be processed.

(c)

Requirement of building alongwith MES estimates.

(d)

Requirement of furniture

(e)

Requirement of library books

(f)

Requirement of science lab equipments

(g)

Requirement of computer along with accessories

(h)

Requirement of

(i)

List of feeding institutions/ only for establishment of new


college/ Secondary Schools.

(j)

Projected Enrollment

(k)

Requirement of teaching / non teaching staff along with


financial effect.

(l)

Student/teacher ratio

More over the cost of project should not be beyond 60.000 (Million). PC 1
Performa can be down loaded from Govt of Pakistan Planning Commission
