Analyze Balance Sheet and Financial Statements and prepare the credit proposal in line with
bank's process of credit approval.
Evaluating credit/risk profile of companies and structuring suitable financial solutions for
them including structured finance, project finance, off -balance sheet finance, acquisition
financing etc.
Meeting and developing relations with merchant bankers, investment bankers, banks credit
and treasuries. Maintain relationship with GMs, DGMs, AGMs, dealers, Trustees, Fund
Managers, banks, fund houses, insurance companies.
Cross-selling products of the bank including treasury solutions, liabilities, Debt capital market
solutions, Working Capital, corporate advisory, investment banking, corporate finance,
knowledge banking, etc
Responsible for syndication of debt finance from banks or Financial institutions including
preparation of IM, Financial Modelling & Appraisal with potential lenders and obtaining
sanction of required credit facilities for clients on desired terms & conditions and
documentation
Analysing CMA data, Ratios and balance sheets of company and preparing information
memorandum of company. Preparing financial model for the company.
Meeting and developing relations with merchant bankers, investment bankers, banks credit
and treasuries. Regular Meeting with GMs, DGMs, AGMs, dealers, Trustees, Fund Managers,
banks, fund houses, insurance companies.
Liasoning with credit rating companies for credit rating. Recommend companies to undergo
rating and obtain best rating from the rating agencies.
Dealing in Non-SLR securities with mutual funds & insurance companies fund managers,
bank treasuries according to the requirement.
Understand the fixed income portfolio of mutual funds and insurance companies and
accordingly recommend the fixed income securities with best price in negotiation with other
market participants.
Understanding & analyzing various macroeconomic factors & advising clients in taking their
respective positions which include Banks, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies. Prepare of
Daily Fixed Income Research reports as well as tracking key events.
