Salesforce Project Experience Details

Project Name: BSSE Remedy integration
(current)
Role- Salesforce Architect
Description: Remedy is a ticketing tool which is used to track customer support services. This
project is to integrate bsse to remedy system. if customers service get active and commercial is hit
into zuora, then through CS orchestration process need to send customer and service details to
remedy.We are using wps as middle ware to connect the systems. Hence from bsse system will
consume the WPS wsdl to create customer/Service in remedy. Irrespective of create/update call
bsse send all parameters to wps. Wps will identify if its update or create call to remedy.
Responsibilities / Deliverables:
Gather the requirements form BL and form proper design document to implement in SFDC.
Done Poc to deliver the project. And through CS Orchestrator process we called the
destination server.

Consumed destination Wsdl and create new apex classes to call the destination server. And
done mock test calls for test classes.

integration with CloudSense (Product Configurator and Order Orchestrator apps on Salesforce) and
Zuora (external Billing System over Cloud).This project has biggest E2E implementation over cloud
for our Telecom client. This uses Salesforce for Lead and opportunity Management, CloudSense
Configurator for CPQ, S-Docs as a document generator tool, CloudSense Orchestrator for Order
Management and Zuora for Billing and finance.
