customer suffers distress or execution to be levied against their effects, makes arrangements or composition with their creditors or
has a receiving order in bankruptcy made against then the company shall be entitled to recover equipment from the customer. The
company may for the purpose of recovery of its equipment enter the premises where it is installed and may remove the same.
6. Delivery
We will try to meet all delivery dates, but we are not legally liable for any delay in delivering or any losses caused by a delay.
If your order is not delivered as arranged, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you.
We will endeavour to deliver your order on the agreed delivery date and will notify you of any delay expected.
We will normally deliver your order in one complete delivery but reserve the right to make deliveries in instalments.
In the event that a customer stipulates a building site address for delivery and the goods are received and signed for, Dortech will
not be held liable of any loss or damage of materials in that order. The goods are deemed as received at the point at which they
have been signed for, irrespective of whether that is by an employee/agent of the customer. We would therefore recommend that the
billing address is used for delivery to prevent any such occurrences.
Responsibility for loss or damage of the goods will pass to you once your order has been delivered and we cannot be responsible
for loss or damage once your has been delivered to the correct address.

a) any goods which have been repaired, defaced or altered by somebody who isnt employed by Dortech Direct.
b) goods which have been mixed with other goods or used to create other products.
c) any goods which, in our opinion, have been subject to any accident or to damage or which have been improperly
stored, maintained or used.
d) any direct loss or damage except the liabilities we have already mentioned.
e) any indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage of any kind (including loss of profits, revenue or contracts)
or for any damage to or destruction of any property.
f) injury to, or the death of, any person unless that injury or death is caused by our carelessness or that of
our employees.
g) The company cannot guarantee that condensation, if any, can be eliminated or reduced by installation of its
products nor accept liability for condensation which is a natural phenomenon caused by degrees of humidity,
temperature and ventilation.
8. Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel stocked items within 14 days from delivery and receive a refund. However:
a) You cannot return any goods unless you have our permission, and only with an approved Returns Material Authority number.
b) Refunds will not be processed until goods have been received back in stock.
c) Made to order goods cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once the order has been accepted.
To cancel items ordered you must notify us by letter or email within 14 days of delivery. You have a statutory duty to take
reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession and we will pursue our right of action against customers who breach
this duty. We ask that any items are returned unused, with their original and unopened packaging.
