Setup Menu

- User is unable to add new patient. (Working in Safari)

- User is unable to edit the patient as patient name link does not show in the p
atient search grid. Secondly some other columns are also not get display in this
grid. (Search patient button is not working)
- On add new employee position of mandatory sign asterisk is not correct.(Same i
ssue persists in Safari)
- Security -> Add Role -> Clone Permission functionality is not working.
- On Preferences screen all the buttons are not displaying. User cannot change P
assword and other preferences. Apart from this issue, interface of this screen i
s also showing disturb.
- On add representative position of mandatory sign asterisk is not correct. Seco
ndly user is unable to enter ZIP Code and Home Phone in ZIP Code and Home Phone
fields.
- Setup-> Scheduler -> Break Entry -> Open the Setup menu application does not s
how all the sub menus.
Allergy Module
- User is unable to search the allergies as in the search allergy pop up user ca
nnot see the search text field. (Add Allergy button is not working)
History Module
- In Family History section, iPad does not show the Family History record proper
ly.
Immunization Module
- On Add Immunization user can not add the Ordering Provider, due to this user i
s unable to add immunization.
Messages Module
- User is not able to send the message to staff/Patient/Patient Representative a
s application does not redirect the user to Send message screen after clicking o
n the OK button from search pop up.

Medication Module
- On Create Prescription screen position of Cancel button is not correct.
- Print pop up does not display when user click the print check box while sendin
g the prescription to pharmacy.
- On Add discontinue medication position of "Form" field is showing disturb.
Encounter Module
- On QUIPPE screen position of these labels (Add Encounter, Select Provider, DOS
and app date) is not correct.
- On QUIPPE search user is not able to select the item from list.
- On QUIPPE screen Save and Sign, Print and Cancel buttons are not working.
- On Add New Encounter pop up when user click on Ok button application does not
redirect the user to QUIPPE screen.Secondly when user add encounter on already e
xisting date application display the "Already exist encounter" multiple times.
- User is unable to download Clinical Summary file.
Vitals Module
- While adding the new vitals application does not redirect the user to vitals s
creen after clicking on OK button on add new encounter pop up. Due to this issue
user is unable to add new vitals from vitals screen.
EPA Module
- Application got crashed when user access the EPA Work List.(Note: Same issue p
ersists on website when user access it on Windows from Dektop computer).

Problem Module
- On Add Problem selected problem from search problem pop up does not show in Di
agnosis field.
- On Problems tab Search Criteria fields (Type, List Type, Condition and Include
deleted records) are overlapping. (Same issue persists on Problem Module)
Procedure Module
- On Procedures module Search Procedures pop up does not show completely. (Worki
ng in Safari)
Scheduler Module
- On Scheduler user is not able to add new appointment.
