CONTRACT FOR PROBATIONARY EMPLOYMENT AS
MARKETING STAFF
Dear Ms. Velasquez
On behalf of Global Legal Analyst and Research Ensemble
(G.L.A.R.E.), I am pleased to offer you the position of Marketing Staff
subject to the terms and conditions contained in this letter and the attached
Terms of Employment.
This employment offer will commence on January 11, 2016.
TERM
The employment of the Employee shall commence on the date hereof and
shall continue for an indefinite term until terminated in accordance with the
provisions of this agreement.
PROBATION
The parties hereto agree that the initial six (6) month period of this
agreement is "probationary" in the following respects:
a.
the Employer shall have an opportunity to assess the
performance, attitude, skills, and other employment-related attributes
and characteristics of the Employee;
b.
the Employee shall have an opportunity to learn about
both the Employer and the position of employment; and
c.
either party may terminate the employment relationship at
any time during the initial six (6) month period without advance notice
or justifiable reason, in which case, there will be no continuing
obligations of the parties to each other, financial or otherwise.
POSITION DETAILS
As Marketing Staff, you will be responsible in providing assistance to the
Marketing Officer. Your duties shall include, but not limited to, the following:

1. Promoting and marketing services offered by the company either


through telephone calls, meeting, or one-on-one conversations;
2. Gathering data on competitors and analyze their method of marketing;
3. Measuring and assessing customer and employee satisfaction;
4. Seek and provide information to help the company determine their
position in the marketplace;
5. Measure
the
effectiveness
of
marketing,
communication programs and strategies;

6. Develop marketing campaign content, such as web advertisements.


You shall be paid a monthly basic salary of P15,461.751and shall be eligible
for the benefits enumerated in Attachment B. Your work assignment will
be at G.L.A.R.E. Makati office, with a standard work schedule from 8:00AM to
5:00PM, Mondays through Fridays, less one hour for daily lunch break. Other
conditions of your appointment are stipulated inAttachment C.

Ayala Avenue Makati City, which is well ventilated and well lighted.
Although the job is based in Manila, the position may require travel
to other areas within the Philippines. Minimum exposure to risk or
hazard is expected.
The facility is a drug and alcohol free workplace. No firearms or
other weapons will be allowed onsite except for trained and duly
licensed security officers.

LIST OF BENEFITS

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS


1.
ECC, Philhealth, SSS, PAG-IBIG Benefits.Entitlement to
government-mandated benefits such as SSS, Philhealth and HDMF;
both yourself and the Company will respectively comply with the
requirements of the above-listed government agencies;
2.
Premium Payments.
You shall be entitled to premium
payments for night shifts, overtime, rest days, special days, or holidays
worked;
3.
Service Incentive Leave. You are entitled to Service Incentive
Leave(SIL) of five (5) days with pay for every one (1) year of service;
4.
13th Month Pay. Equivalent to one-twelfth (1/12) of the basic
salary earned in a calendar year;
5.
Other Government-Mandated Benefits.

STIPULATIONS COVERING EMPLOYMENT

1. Abide by all the Company's rules and regulations, which shall be your duty
to study and know immediately upon employment, and to refrain, during
your employment with the Company, from engaging in any activity which is
prejudicial to the interests of the Company or which interferes with the
performance of your job, whether within or outside your working hours,
without the prior written consent of the Company.
2. Agree that all records and documents of the Company and its clients and
all information pertaining to their affairs are confidential, and that no
unauthorized disclosure or reproduction of the same will be made by you at
any time during or after your employment with us.
3. Agree that all records, documents and properties of the Company or its
clients in your custody shall be immediately surrendered to the Company, if
requested during the appointment period, and at the termination thereof,
whether or not requested.
4. It is expressly agreed and understood that there are no verbal agreements
or understandings, between you and the Company affecting this agreement
and that no alterations or variations of the terms hereof shall be binding
upon either party to this agreement unless the same are reduced in writing
and signed by you and the Company.
