The Cuplock & Ringlock system scaffold can be used in

different terrains and situations
It is compatible as a false-work system for various form work types
[Traditional, system formwork or steel panels] for a consummate design
using sub-verticals, difficult height changes problems are easily resolved

With the universal joint and fully interchangeable components, the

Cuplock system can be used in most construction projects (Civil & Building) for
both false work and access. It is very versatile and diverse. Used in the shipping
industries, oil and gas and aviation industries.

Verticals are assembled with horizontals and diagonals using secure

fixed cup connections. Its versatility has a distinct advantage to conventional
scaffolding methods. A positive & ridged connection of four units is achieved in
one single action. The Cuplock System is very cost effective and can be erected
safely and quickly.

The U-Heads are inserted into the top of the vertical standards to
accommodate top beams. There are two different styles available:
Adjustable U-Head is made up of a U shape steel plate, screw
jack and steel handle.
Fixed U-Head is made
up of a U shape
steel plate welded
with tubing.

Base Jacks
The function of the Base Collar is just the same as a screw

jack. The Base Collar can be adjusted to fit any height when
placed with a screw jack at the bottom. The shape is much
like the standard Ringlock vertical, but with a short tube.

Diagonal Brace
Braces are used to stabilize the scaffold structure. They are made up of
48.3x3.2mm high grade low alloy steel tubing with two swivel clamps(CCB series)
or two end blades (CFB series) Various specifications of these braces are available
Steel Plank
All the plank surfaces feature special profiles that interlock

with the profile of the U-shaped transoms. When using
standard planks it is not necessary to install tube ledgers at the level of the planks.

Horizontals
The horizontals are the major members to support the force from horizontals. These
components are made from48.3x3.2mm high strength low alloy steel tubing and two
forged blade set both sides various specifications available from10.0 to 22
Vertical Standards
Vertical Posts are the vertical load carrying
members. These components are made from
48.3mm OD x 3.2mm thickness high grade steel
tubing. All verticals incorporate lower fixed cups
set 500mm intervals. Captive rotating cups
secure up to 4 components. The lowest bottom
cup joint is 80mm from the base of the vertical to
give the scaffold improved structural strength.

Transom
Transoms are designed for the placement of steel or wooden deck planking. They
are constructed of high strength low alloy steel tubing with two U shaped hooks
at both ends. They can be placed anywhere between the horizontals for
increasing or decreasing the support space and also supporting the outside
planks. Various configurations are available that are compliant with horizontals
such as C143 C1b43 etc

CBB10 is made from tube with a blade at one end
