CONCLUSION

Learning through this project


1. Export documentation is an important branch to study and understand the overall procedure of
the international market.
2. The documents requires in each and every country for the export procedure are to be studies
before forwarding the document to any party.
3. The government should simplify the documentation procedure for expetiting the export
process.
4. Availability of favorable Export finance schemes directly impacts the local trade encourages
exporters, enlarges market abroad ,improves quality of domestic goods and overall helps the
nation boost its exchange earning.
5. Company first approves its limits from bank i.e. Pre-shipment Finance so that they have
money to manufacture the goods and after the manufacturing of the goods and arrange shipment.
Thereafter company takes Post-shipment Finance from banks to maintain their working capital
liquidity.
6. There are risk involves in trade. Company mainly faces problem in foreign Exchange risk
because dollar value or Euro value changes on daily basis bases on international transaction. So
it is not easy to fix prices. Companies first does market analysis and then fix the rate.

RECOMMENDATION AND SUGGESTIONS

The export procedure should be made more simple and user friendly.

Employees should be technically qualified to cope up with the global competition.

The Organizations should adopt policy of job rotation so that everyone gets an exposure
to all aspects of business.

Organizations should focus on timely delivery of goods to its customer.

Fatigue time of the employees should also be extended.

The basic pay of the employees should also be increased.
