*Customer service agent:

advise on products and services and handling a high volume of calls on a day to
day basis. Some admin work involved. Handling complaints and dealing with a
different variety of people.

What I achieved: Although in the short space of time being on the floor I was
given the role of training new employees on inbound calls and help them with the
in house systems and give them accurate advice and give them the confidence
to forward the information onto the customer.

Dimensions Corporate-wear, Derby - Jan'07-June'07

* Customer Service Co-ordinator:

Duties included: Taking inbound calls from all new Tesco stores across the UK
and dealing with queries from management regarding new and existing
corporate-wear operations. Inputting data onto the system and resolving any
issues as I was the only point of contact. Also when needed I was asked to visit
stores across the UK to help with the new stores getting the stores open on time
with the correct uniform. This involved very good listening skills, as any mistakes
were hard to rectify so attention to detail was a must.

What I achieved: I demonstrated an extremely high standard in customer care

and building a close relationship with new and existing customers. I undertook an
intensive training course on how to deal with strict deadlines in a fast paced
environment which was demanding but also very exciting as it kept me very busy
and gave me goals to work towards.

DHL, East Midlands Airport - April'04-Dec'06

* Auditor:

Duties included: Checking and assigning of all aviation freight passed through by
our DHL customers. Checking that the unloading of trucks from existing
customers where on time and correct for transportation to make connection to
their European destinations. It was also my duty to be on top of anything late or
left behind to contact the customers to give them updates on their goods and
rearrange for the earliest delivery to meet their demands and expectations of the
company.

What I achieved: Being in this environment has enhanced my skills of working

well in a small team where attention to detail was a must. It also helped me keep
to strict deadlines and work well under pressure. Familiarising myself with how
the freight industry worked and learning about airway bills and manifests has
helped me understand this industry as a whole.

Egg Banking, Pride Park, Derby - Nov'00 - March'04

* Egg card and Loans specialist, retention team and Loan applications.

Duties include: An eight week intense training course followed by accreditation’s

to ensure banking regulations and procedures were met and dealing with credit
card and loan queries and complaints. Taking people through loan applications
and also working for the retention team. This role also included cross selling
products to benefit the customer’s needs which I felt comfortable in my own
abilities to hit my given targets.

What I achieved: It gave me the confidence to use my own initiative in a busy

demanding environment. Sales targets had to be met and this gave me the drive
and ambition to want to be the best. Dealing with different customers on a day to
day basis also gave me the confidence and awareness to approach a sale in a
professional manner and be able to handle many objectives.
