Falls Church, Virginia 22041

File: A056 358 016-Napanoch, NY

Date:

APR 2 2 2016

IN REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS
MOTION
ON BEHALF OF RESPONDENT: Pro se
APPLICATION:

Reopening; termination

The Board entered the final administrative decision on February 23, 2016, when we
dismissed the respondent's appeal of the Immigration Judge's decision ordering the respondent
removed to the Dominican Republic in connection with his controlled substance-related criminal
convictions. The respondent has filed an unopposed motion to reopen and terminate, given that
the convictions underlying his removal order are now on direct appeal. Accordingly, the motion
will be granted.
ORDER: The motion to reopen is granted and the proceedings are terminated without
prejudice.
