Details
One (1) VCM in San Lorenzo malfunctioned causing long queues
One (1) VCM in CP 103, Vergon Elementary School is rejecting ballots
One (1) VCM in CP 490 and another (1) in CP 487 are also bugging down
In CP 149 in Highway Hills Integrated School, (1) VCM was pulled out as of 6:30 am
because it was not issuing VVPAT
Three (3) VCMs are malfunctioning one (1) in Almario Elementary School
(Precincts 0051 I, 0051 J, 0051 K, 0051 L), after 32 votes the machine suddenly shut
down and the technicians cannot resolve; one (1) machine in Dr. Alejandro Albert
Elementary School (2362 A, 2362 B, 2363 A, 2364 A) is also malfunctioning and the
technician cannot resolve; one (1) machine in Isabelo delos Reyes Elementary
School (12c 13b 13c) in Tondo was malfunctioning since 7:30, some voters decided
not to vote due to long queue.
One (1) VCM in GSIS Village, Project 8 is malfunctioning since 7:30 am.
Two (2) VCMs malfunctioning -- In Brgy. Bantay West in Bantay (Precinct 10a and
13a), VCM malfunctioning since 8 am; in Brgy. Malamin, San Juan, one (1) VCM not
working (Precinct no. 41a, 42a, 42b)
Four (4) VCMs malfunctioned -- In Florencio Masilungan Elementary School, a (1)
VCM malfunctioned and was diagnosed for replacement. A (1) replacement
arrived, but still, it did now work; in Tanauan, one (1) machine in Precinct no. 256a,
256b, 257a and 257b was not accepting ballots; Precinct # 94A, 95B, 96A San
Joaquin Elementary School San Joaquin Sto.Tomas.

In Tandag Elementary School in Tandag City (Cluster A 26A, 27A, 28A, 28B) four
machines (4) are not working. One precinct was shut down. Voters marked their
votes but left the ballots to the BEIs to be cast later (71 ballots)

Binay.
In Bronce Pilot School, coercion by a local congressional candidate was done inside
a precinct.
A report was made that when a voter votes for Duterte, Roxas appeas in VVPAT.

Precinct 030A, San Fernando -- - ballots were rejected due to the markers ink
seeping through the other side of the ballot. When the voter complained, BEI
issued a threat the they will be countersued with fraud.
In Hamidhalin Elementary School, an incident of punching inside the polling
precinct followed by a gunshot was reported. One injured.
Vote buying happening in Brgy. Pisagan (Php 1,000 per voter if vote straight for
LP). The Brgy. Chair was arrested and detained. Voote buying done by Padayon
Pilipino Party
