of High pure (7N) Tellurium for manufacturing opto-electronic devices using by refining

Designed and developed new practices to measure the Residual Resistivity Ratio (RRR) at low
temperatures for materials purity estimation purpose (Physical method, using four probe
technique)
Successfully carried out experiments to prepare purified Tellurium (3N/Raw, 5N, 6N, 7N) at low
temperature range and its compound materials TeO (Tellurium Oxide)
Study on electrical resistivity of Cadmium, Gallium Zinc and Tellurium at low temperatures range
was performed by cryogenic system operations
Experience in working with Labview software utilization for controlling cryogenic systems
Data logging, Data acquisition with Kiethley instruments like 6120, Kiethley nano voltmeter and
other National instruments products to modeling processes
