Introduction
Laundry Supplies Inventory will help the laundry business industry by
improving their internal operations adjusting to the faced-paced lifestyles of
the modern man. It will enable to enhance the business operation in several
ways such as: first, cutting the inventory time in half ,hence more time can
be allotted in the delivery of service leading to a shift in a greater number of
manpower to accommodate the laundry services, second, an accurate
inventory system shall create a better reflection of the supplies being utilized
and the supplies procured, an easier way in balancing and detecting flaws
and negative balances on the inventory, and lastly a more secured inventory
which can not be manipulated easily by malingering employees.
Technology applied in laundry business to easily access the products,
less hassle to view of stocks, more accurate details and more faster than
writing in a paper. And easier to see the numbers of materials that are
currently available.
The reason for developing this system Is because of the fast growing s
demand for laundry businesses because industries nowadays have been moving
faster and faster to provide the demand for the growing supply. To cope up with the
fast paced world, humans have created an ingenious program, an inventory
system. A computerized inventory system is a system used to keep track of a
businesss products and supplies. These programs are invaluable tools for most
businesses because they are able to complete tasks quickly which would take much
longer if done manually like counting supplies and trying to manually balance the
stocks received and consumed together with ordering a stock. The
traditional/manual inventory has been consuming too much time, too much
personnel, too much finances, leading to too much financial substantial losses to
both large, medium and small businesses.

Scope and Limitation

Laundry Supplies Inventory is a computerized system. It is capable of
handling transaction such as adding new stock types, consumed stocks,
adding new or updating job order, invoice, and updating stocks.

The Project Problem

Difficulty in tracking of stocks, and some laundry shop business have
harder way to maintain the stocks like soaps and other products they using.
