PETEET LLC
04/1998 Present

Currently perform most of the same tasks as listed below under my 5 years working for
ViewStar. Have been working at different Fortune 500 customer sites designing,
developing, upgrading and troubleshooting ViewStar systems throughout the United
States and Europe. My primary focus is usually on the Application Side but am very
familiar with ViewStar Architecture and Back-End Processing. I have also written tools
and applications for several customers which exported ViewStar Images and Data for a
conversion process to another Imaging Vendor. Will be happy to provide a list of
customers, any of which would provide an excellent reference for the quality, value and
timeliness of my work.

Specific Tasks/Projects:

Taught all ViewStar courses as listed below under Employment at ViewStar, at

ViewStar Corporate and at various Customers Sites.

Performed Analysis, Design and Implementation for New Customers. This would
usually consist of an on-site Discovery of their Business Process, off-site creation of
a High Level Functional Document and a Low Level Detailed Design
Document, creation
of
custom
code
off
and/or
on-site
and
installation/debugging/enhancements done on-site.
Performed Troubleshooting of problems where the Customer and/or External
Consulting Groups required ViewStar Expertise. Frequently this involved locating
their Source Code (no one had touched it for a while), Documenting the Existing
System and providing Recommendations as how to proceed. This process could
be as short as 1 day or as long several weeks.
Frequently provided Upgrade Analysis, Documentation and Implementation.
Upgraded Customers from Dos to Windows, Windows to higher ViewStar software
version, ViewStar Script to OLE/COM Objects and Stand-alone applications to Web
Based solutions.
Analyzed and quoted number of hours for multiple requests from various
customers. I frequently didnt charge for this and it allowed the customer to bring me
on-site for 1 to 4 weeks and complete tasks in order of customer importance. This
led to a very high level of Customer Satisfaction as their Systems were well
understood and most, if not all, of their high priority/high visibility tasks were
completed in a timely fashion.
Frequently created Prototypes for Customers approval. This could contain stubs
or drivers where the prototype would show the User Interface but not have a lot
behind it or it would show a Proof of Concept in a particularly complex solution.
Worked on 2 of the first 3 CRM Solutions at ViewStar (Mosaix at the time) which
integrated Workflows and Telephony. This was a Call Center System which
integrated Automatic Call Distributors (ACD), Voice Response Units (VRU),
Integrated Voice Response Unit (IVR) and End User Call Popup Screens which
brought the data on the screen at the same time that the voice call was routed to a
particular workspace.
Used MS Visio to illustrate Business Processes and results of extensive
Data/Requirements Gathering for Upper-Level, IT and End-User Management
Designed and Implemented Front and Back-End Applications using Visual Basic,
HTML, ASP, VBScript, and JavaScript
Designed
and
Implemented
Reporting
Applications
using
Visual
Basic, Microsoft ADO, Crystal Reports and SQL Back-End Stored Procedures
Designed various Testing Procedures, Test Scripts and Quality Assurance Forms
to ensure the Customer had signed off on the completed work to their satisfaction
Participated in Customer and Internal Project Management Meetings
Reported Project Status to Upper-Level, IT and End-User Management
Integrated Kodak High-Speed Color Scanners with Kofax Ascent Capture
software
Written Tools and Applications for Exporting SQL Data and ViewStar Images for
Conversion to other Imaging/Workflow Vendors. This was done for Chase Bank,
Frito-Lay and Tenet Health Care.
