1. OVERVIEW
The mission of this Australian company will be to produce a new technology that
provides clean, healthy air to the people of China. A 6 month program of creating 3
working prototypes of the technology along with independent laboratory tests that
prove the technology works to at least 90% will be instigated over that time.

2. THE PROBLEM
There is a dire, immediate, health need in China today because 600,000 Chinese
people die annually (their Government figures World Health Org says 2.4m) as a
direct result of their air pollution more specifically, a result of inhaling the noxious
particulate, PM2.5 - 710 million people living in cities breathe toxic pollution on a daily
basis. The acceptable healthy air rating by the World Health Organization is 050 micrograms per cubic meter , top end for healthy air is 101 micrograms per cubic
meter. 80% of the Chinese cities have a daily smog rating of more than 150, Beijing,
(20m population) January 2015 430, with the City of Harbin, (10m population) rating a
906 day in 2013. According to the Chinese TV program Under the Dome, urban
Chinese breathe in an average 305 micrograms per cubic meter on a daily basis 255
units ABOVE the WHO safe rating. The most dangerous pollutants are PM2.5, a
combustion particle of organic materials and metals, 2.5 microns in diameter (so small,
2000 would fit on a full stop) and carbon monoxide, a direct residue of coal fires and
vehicle exhausts. The former is absorbed directly into the bloodstream, primarily linked
to causing four diseases chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung cancer, strokes
and coronary heart diseases.THE number one pollution problem that Chinese
authorities see. The Chinese wear face masks when outside, but according to the
Chinese Consumer Organization, 75% of those are rated ineffective. Lei Limin, vice
chairman of the China Textile Commerce Association, the vast majority of face masks
on the market give no protection against PM2.5, even if the manufacturers claim they
do. There are no REAL existing mass solutions to the pollution problem in China
2015/2016. Watch this educational report on PM2.5 and pollution

3. THE SOLUTIONS
Our company can provide an entirely new group of products that cleans air on a
personal basis. Each person carries their own air cleaner. Its a technology employing
an air cleaning purifier (ACP) elements using a management system of four
interdependent elements, that have adsorption qualitys separating the molecules of
the toxins and locks them up in a disposable carrier material thats an
interchangeable refill module.
Solution 1 - a backpack technology is aimed to deliver up to 99.9% clean air
to a wholly new, wearable biotechnology that pushes pressurized air to a facemask in
the nostril area at a 130% oversupplied rate with no outside pollution invading air
space below the nose. The thin tube hidden behind novelty features delivers air and
can be disguised as stylish ear to ear fashion accessories for males and females.

.Solution 2 - placed on Chinas city streets a large tower will take in polluted
air, clean it, and release it back as a 99.9% clean product, directly onto the faces of the
passersby walking on the pavement ideal for street areas, clean air havens, factories,
school yards, outdoor cafteria, central park and garden squares. Called the Air Oasis
the structure is a vertical box container, made of high grade/high impact
polyarylamide plastics, which is flame, water and chemical resistant, with a high tensile
strength to withstand vehicle accidents and public vandalism. The AirOasis pushes
clean air out at shoulder height to the street. A major factor being evaluated in the
environmental and technical science area, is an artificial atmospheric ceiling above
the tower and surrounding area which creates a roofing lock down space for the
cleaned air below. Beijing City just by itself has a potential 1 million units.
Solution 3 - attached to air conditioners/air cleaners in the interior of homes,
offices, shopping centres. Many Chinese homes dont have interior air cleaners and
suffer almost the same pollution level as that out on the street. Current air cleaners on
the market are American made with American prices attached well above the
affordability of the everyday person.

4. PROOF OF CONCEPT
In December 2014 and late January 2015 the technology went through 2 independent
laboratory tests by SGS Australia Environmental Services, Alexandria , Sydney. Test
modules were created specifically for these tests and results show that that carbon
monoxide was removed from incoming air at a rate of 37%. The removal of PM2.5 and
PM10 was 43%.....which means the process works. The resident Environmental scientist
employed by our company and the examining SGS scientist explains the tests this way:
you have to s-l-o-w the pollution travel rate down through the module allowing more
atoms to be trapped within the molecular process. Its moving too fast. What is needed
is a mechanical/ physical slowing-down solutionNOT a chemical one.
In further 2015/2016 research we have since improved the technologys capabilities
with an add-on process that GUARANTEES the removal of PM2.5 pollutant by 99%.

5. CHINESE POPULATION & 2015/2016 GOVERNMENT CAPITAL

AVAILABLE
The China Urbanization work conference in 2013 recognized that there are 710
million urban residents in the major Chinese cities. There is a new 2016 Chinese

middle class who have a disposable income of an average US$15k, Behind that
population is a wife, 1 child, grandparents, brother, sister, so possibly a one billion
market who can afford US$370 for Solution 1 backpack. This retail price is verbally
backed up by Sydney Chinese associates of the company. If just 1% (10m) of
that middle class market were to buy a backpack, the gross income would be
US$3.7 billion. Our costs approximately US$60 to $80 per unit. Beijing City has
US$118 bn available in 2015 specifically to find a solution the PM2.5 problem. IBM
International has a laboratory there that only provides a weather forecast of
incoming pollution to specific city areas they do not provide a solution the
problem and have supposedly received US$2 BN for this pollution weather
forecast!
6. 6 MONTH PROGRAM
The company plans to put the technology (includes the add-on process) through 10 to
12 independent laboratory tests to show the ACP abilities of eradicating PM2.5 and
carbon monoxide from the air. Another 2 different tests will also prove its non
threatening to human health state. As well, full the patenting process will be instigated.
By month 5, 3 full sized working models will be constructed and shown to future
interested investment authorities with the view of marketing and manufacturing to
China via Chinese social media and provincial websites.
