Business Structure

Airtels business structure is divided in two broad segments B2C and B2B.
Under B2C there are two primary divisions - Market Operations and Consumer Business.
B2B primarily comprises of airtel Business.
Other central functions form a part of Airtel Center.

Apart from this there are other strategic units Shared Services, Network Services Group and
Airtel Center
One Network is a mobile phone network that allows Airtel customers to use the service in a number of
countries at the same price as their home network. Customers can place outgoing calls at the same rate as
their local network, and incoming calls are free
