operational assistance services until the end of the contract as stipulated in the Proposal.
The Contractor agrees to provide, except in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event which would

services described in the Proposal within the time prescribed.
As a provider, the Contractor agrees to do its best to find a solution adapted to the customer needs.
Moreover, except in cases of force majeure, the Contractor agrees to put at the Clients disposal a

The Client pledges to take into account the recommendations of the Contractor on matters
concerning the project within its jurisdiction, and if it does not want to follow them, it agrees to
inform the Contractor on the reasons of its choice. The obligations of the Contractor will then be
modified by mutual agreement, taking into account the new provisions adopted.
The Client grants to the Contractor, unless otherwise specified, the right to use or to reproduce his
name and his logo on one hand, and the right to indicate the nature of the services which are offered
to him on the other hand, as references in the various commercial supports of the Contractor.
