KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT AMONG HEIRS WITH DEED OF
ABSOLUTE SALE, made and entered by and between:
We, NOEL D. ESONAN, LEO D. ESONAN, ISAGANI D. ESONAN and
ESTRELLA E. MACALAGUING, all of legal age, Filipino citizens, married
except Estrella widow, and residents of Bayanga, Cagayan de Oro City;
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the above-named parties, are the sole and only heirs of the
late SPOUSES Artemio Esonan and Remedios D. Esonan, who died on
December 21, 2000 and March 9, 2010, respectively, in Bayanga, Cagayan
de Oro City, without any will;
WHEREAS, the said deceased, at the time of her death, left certain real
properties, her paraphernal property and more particularly described as
follows, to wit:

An improvement [building] situated in Centro, in the barrio of
Bayanga, Cagayan de Oro City.
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-162706 / Tax Declaration No. G174517
A parcel of land [cornland] ( Lot 20489-D, Psd-10-027339
being a portion of Lot 20489, Cad-369-D, Cagayan Cadastre Ext.)
situated in the barrio of Bayanga, Cagayan de Oro City. Containing
an area of ten thousand one hundred four (10,104) square meters,
more or less.
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-162706 / Tax Declaration No. G174517
A parcel of land [residential] (Lot 20489-D, Psd-10-027339
being a portion of Lot 20489, Cad-369-D, Cagayan Cadastre Ext.)
situated in the barrio of Bayanga, Cagayan de Oro City. Containing
an area of two hundred (200) square meters, more or less.

A parcel of Land [residential] (Lot 20489-L, Psd-10-027339,
being a portion of Lot 20489, Cad-369-D, Cagayan Cadastre Ext.)
situated in the barrio of Bayanga, Cagayan de Oro City. Containing
an area of two hundred forty five (245) square meters, more or less.
KOT P-5875 / Tax Declaration No. G-174793
A parcel of Land [cornland] (Lot 13, Gss-10-000207, being a
portion of Lot 21327, Cad-369-D, Cagayan Cadastre Ext.) situated in
the barrio of Bayanga, Cagayan de Oro City. Containing an area of
forty one thousand five hundred seventy eight (41,578) square
meters, more or less.
Tax Declaration No. G-214405

A parcel of Land [cornland] (Lot 6, Gss-10-000207, being a

portion of Lot 21327, Cad-369-D, Cagayan Cadastre Ext.) situated in
Balugua, in the barrio of Bayanga, Cagayan de Oro City. Containing
an area of fourteen thousand twenty seven (14,027) square meters,
more or less.

That to the best knowledge and information of the heirs, the said
deceased left no debts;
That no personal properties
settlement;

are involved in

this extra-judicial

That the parties hereto being all of age and with full civil capacity to
contract, hereby by these presents agree to divide and adjudicate, as they
hereby divide and adjudicate, among themselves pro indiviso;
