Patrol Highlights:

• Off. Alvarado and Karshbaum caught 4 truants in the areas of 2438 16th Av,
Franklin/Park and 27th St/16th Av
• Off. Okerberg arrested one for possession of drug paraphernalia at Lake/Park
• Off. Alejandrino and Swierzewski responded to a fight call. Upon arriving one
male took off running. Off Alejandrino and Swierzewski captured the male and
found him in possession of a firearm. Male was arrested for weapons at 2631
Columbus.
• Off. Heger noticed someone who match the description of a robbery from the 1st
precinct at 26th/Chicago. Suspect had narcotics on him and was positively
identified by victim of robbery. Off. Heger arrested the suspect for robbery and
narcotics.
• Off. Bennett and Haspert arrested a burglar at 1827 Elliot AV S
 • 3rd precinct officers responded to a home invasion burglary at 2320 Elliot Av S.
One suspect was apprehended in the residence, and two others were arrested a
short time later. All three arrested for burglary.

CRT Team Highlights:

• CRT received information of a male carrying illegal narcotics at 1818 14th Av. A
traffic stop was conducted but no narcotics were found. One male was cited for
no driver’s license and another was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• CRT cited one for loitering in the area of Chicago/Franklin
• CRT arrested one for narcotics at 21 St/Lake St
• CRT arrested two for loitering in the area of 10th/Franklin Av S
• CRT arrested one for gross misdemeanor prostitution at Lake/5th
• CRT arrested one for gross misdemeanor prostitution at Lake/10th
• CRT arrested one for gross misdemeanor prostitution at Lake/10th
