PAYMENTS
All payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Payments can also be mailed to us with your completed registration
among other payment options.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations can only be done 45 days before the scheduled day of the event. In the event of a cancellation upon the
request of the exhibitor, a penalty of $300.00 will be charged if within 45 days. The total amount of the contract will be
charged if a cancellation request is made after the 45-day period. Event related cancellations, due to circumstances
beyond our control will be re-scheduled, and no refunds will be issued.
SET-UP AND WRAP UP
The exhibitor package includes: Draped table, two chairs, and a waste paper basket. Set-up for the event can begin as
early as 9:00 am and completed by 9:45 am. Please contact us for any additional needs you may have electrical outlets,
bigger backdrops etc. We also provide you with FREE tea/coffee/water and snacks all day long and lunch. Please let us
know if you have any food allergies.
It is your responsibility as an event exhibitor to arrive at the venue on time to complete set-up, venue directions including
unloading, parking etc. is sent 24 to 48 hours prior to the event. It is imperative and mandatory to be at the venue until
closing, which is 3:00 PM (EST) out of respect for other exhibitors and event attendees who travel from other
cities/provinces. You could start dismantling from 2:45 pm onwards.
SECURITY
Canada Job Expo will take all the necessary precautions to ensure a safe and secure event. Please let us know of
individuals soliciting for their business, service or representatives from other job/career/student/settlement fairs etc.

I hereby agree to reserve a booth on behalf of our organization. Our organization and its representatives will abide by the
terms and conditions of the Canada Job Expo. Events will alternate between North York Memorial Hall at 5110 Street,
Toronto and Metro Hall at 55 John Street, Toronto as and when the venues become available.
