Dream seven.

Ecology.

I was still thinking about the device from the last

dream when this dream came. I was with the same
entity, but was looking at the earth from the air.
Things looked polluted.

The upper atmosphere still had a lot of dust,

radiation, and chemical stuff floating around the
entire earth from the war. The result was a
dimming of the sun light and cooler temperatures.
The moon was dimmed at night and looked like a
rising full moon, reddish orange colored, but this
was when it was high in the sky. A mini ice age
was starting. The radiation had killed crops and
many animals. Some of the survivor animals had
cancers and if they gave birth there were many
birth defects. Stored seeds were planted, but there
were low yields or crop failures. This raised the
price of food to record levels. The rich bitched, but
paid, the poor went hungry. The quality of what
was available was really bad. This added to the
sickness and death totals.
The global warming turned to global cooling, this
was worse than the scientists expected. They just
said that it would pass in a few years, so live with
it.
Unfortunately the earthquakes, volcanoes,
meteorites, and vicious storms were not listening
to the scientists and more stuff was added to the
atmosphere every day.
The earthquakes were so bad that islands sank
and tsunamis wreaked havoc on many coasts. At

times it seamed like the earth was wobbling on its

axis. The death tolls were incomprehensible.
Added to this were crazed wild animals attacking
men and domestic animals, everywhere. And also
hoards of insects out of control, eating the
miserable crops, and stinging people to death.
Biologically engineered viruses and resistant
bacteria were stored for biological warfare.
Somehow they were released and plagues spread
across the earth. The medical community was
helpless.
Many people who previously were dosed with
radiation developed cancers and all sorts of skin
tumors. They looked like lepers. These people
were treated like lepers.

The oceans were also polluted, whales died, most

fish and sea creatures that survived were
deformed with tumors and would soon die. Many
fishermen did not bother to fish because the yields
were so poor. Also the radiation moved up the food
chain and made some fish poisonous. Poisonous
algae thrived and blooms killed even more sea
creatures. The seas sometimes looked like blood
and stank like death.

Ecologists had no answers. They just moaned and

mourned, shaking their heads.

To make things worse an asteroid was on a

collision course with earth. It looked like we were
going the way of the dinosaurs. The space
agencies and the military managed to split and
divert the asteroid, but two pieces did hit the
earth. The first landed in the ocean and the other
in a lightly populated area in the north. The

devastation was unmanageable. The tsunami

inundated the coasts and ruined all the cities
around the ocean. One third of all life in the sea
died. The other piece poisoned one third of the
lakes and rivers, as well as adding to the dust in
the atmosphere. The fireball and firestorm ruined
millions of square miles of forest.

This seemed like the end of the world, as shown by

the History channel, but people survived. Could
there be anything worse? If you ever read the book
of Revelation, this was just the beginning.

I woke up with a start, again. It was the middle of

the night. I decided that this could wait till
morning, so I eventually went back to sleep. In the
morning I wrote down this mess.

Dream 8. Forced Marking.
