Services (lndia) Private Limited (hereinafter referred as "sharepro") acting as Registrar and Transfer
Agent (hereinafter referred as "RTA") of the company as perr captioned mentioned SEBI Order dated 22"d

ln this connection we have examined the records and systems of Sharepro (RTA office at Sakinaka,

for evaluating systems and processes followed by Sharepro in relation to physical transfer of shares of

the company and payment of dividends to the shareholclers to ascertain whether such records and
systems of Sharepro adhere

to the compliance of laws or not and payment of dividend made to the

beneficial owners and expressing my opinion on it.

My responsibility is limited to express an opinion on these r,ecords and systems of Sharepro with respect

to physicaltransfer of shares and payment of dividends to the rightful owners of the shares.

I have verified physical transfer of shares and payment of dividend for the period of L0 years from L"

Based on my examination and verification of records, regisl.ers, data, documents and papers maintained

by Sharepro in my opinion and to the best of information made available to me and according to
explanation given to me by Sharepro and representatirres of the company, its agent, authorized
representatives during the course of examination, I hereby report that in my opinion, during the
reporting period I have not come across any evidence estab,lishing deviation from standard practices and
procedure relating to physical transfer and payment of dividends to the beneficial owners as per
provisions of law.
