International Electronics Symposium (IES) 2014 is the 16th annual major

event held in Indonesia. The IES 2014 provides a good platform for researchers, scientists and the entire engineering community to meet each
other and exchange ideas on electronic and computer related fields, and their
applications including research stimulation, the applications of electronic and
information technologies, and the discussion to advance for region-wide cooperation in related disciplines.
The accepted full papers will be published in the referred conference proceedings, and indexed by OpenDoar and Google scholar. IES 2014 teams up
with Journal of EMITTER International Journal on Engineering Technology (http://emitter.pens.acidn for publishing a special journal issue on electronics, mechatronics & robotics, information engineering & computer, telecommunication, electrical & energy and creative media technology. All submitted papers will have opportunities for consideration for this special journal issue.

Topics of interest include all aspects of electrical, electronic, telecommunication, information technology, control system, mechatronics, robotics, and
