 BIOTRITURATORE R255
Il biotrituratore R255 è una macchina di medie dimensioni che grazie
alle sue spiccate caratteristiche tecniche si adatta ad un uso professionale. E’ dotata
di un innovativo sistema di taglio costituito da un rotore a triturazione mista dotato
di 20 martelli mobili in acciaio temprato a cuore, di due lame fisse in acciaio poste
all’estremità del rotore e da due pale per l’espulsione del materiale tritato poste
all’interno del rotore stesso. Questo nuovo sistema consente di tritare tutto il materiale di
piccole e grandi dimensioni da un’unica tramoggia evitando l’operazione di sbroccatura
dei rami e permettendo di raggiungere alte produzioni orarie. Il materiale tritato viene
espulso direttamente dal rotore senza l’ausilio di una ventola supplementare e relativa
trasmissione riducendo la manutenzione e la rumorosità della macchina.
All’interno della tramoggia è posto un rullo trascinatore idraulico regolabile in velocità
che trascina automaticamente verso il gruppo trituratore qualsiasi tipo di rifiuto vegetale
anche duro e fibroso come palme, pino marittimo, tiglio ecc. fino ad un diametro
massimo di 10 cm ( 9 per la versione IGX 440 ). Lo scarico del materiale tritato avviene
tramite un tubo di lancio alto 2 m, girevole a 270 ° e regolabile come profondità
di gittata. La pezzatura del triturato viene garantita dalla presenza di un vaglio di
raffinazione standard a stecche verticali. Viene fornito con motore a benzina, Honda
IGX 440, Honda GX 620, Diesel Lombardini 25 LD 425, o infine in versione per trattore
con attacco 3 punti per potenze di almeno 11,25 kw (15 Hp). La versione motorizzata
con Honda IGX 440 è dotata di un particolare sistema No-stress automatico del quale
deteniamo il deposito di brevetto. Sulle altre versioni è disponibile come optional il
solito dispositivo No-stress di nostra produzione già conosciuto su altri modelli della
nostra gamma.
In tutte le versioni a motore la trasmissione è composta da una frizione centrifuga
che permette il facile avviamento a vuoto del motore, e da cinghie trapezoidali che
permettono la trasmissione del moto anche in condizioni gravose. Nella versione a
trattore la trasmissione è composta da un gruppo moltiplicatore collegato all’apparato
di triturazione tramite pulegge e da cinghie trapezoidali.
Le versioni motorizzate vengono fornite di serie su carrello agricolo non omologato con
2 ruote e timone ed è disponibile come optional un carrello stradale omologato 80 Km/h
trainabile con patente B. Particolare attenzione è stata posta allo studio della praticità
di carico della tramoggia, che con la sua particolare ampiezza e altezza da terra ridotta
a soli 73 cm risulta molto comoda in fase di lavoro.
Tutte le versioni sono dotate di sistema di sicurezza in conformità con le ultime
normative europee.

BIO-SHREDDER R255
The bio-shredder R255 is a medium size machine suitable for
a professional use thanks to its special technical features. R255 is equipped with a
multifunctional cutting system composed of a special rotor with 20 mobile core hardened
steel hammers, 2 fixed steel blades bolted to the edge of the rotor and 2 paddles inside
the rotor for ejecting the minced material. Large as well as small particles can now be
introduced into the hopper, with no need to cut off all small branches from the main
branch. This way the output per hour can be higher. The direct ejection of the shreddings
by the rotor itself, without the use of an additional fan and related transmission system,
reduces noise levels and makes maintenance operations faster. Inside the hopper houses
there is a hydraulic speed controlled feeding roller with adjustable speed. It carries any
kind of vegetable waste (both tough and fibrous, such as palms, pines, linden tree,
etc...) to the cutting group, up to max 10 cm of diameter (diameter max 9 cm for the
version with IGX 440 engine). The shreddings are expelled through a 2,00 m. high pipe,
which can be turned 270°. Also the vertical angle of the jet can be adjusted to define
how far the shreddings are blown. An adjustable screen with vertical bars, refining the
output, defines the measures of the shreddings. R255 can be equipped with a Honda
IGX 440 or a Honda GX 620 gasoline engines, or a Diesel engine Lombardini 25 LD
425. Alternatively it is also available in the version for tractor with 3 points connection
and with a power of at least 11,25 Kw/HP15. The machines with HONDA IGX 440
engine are equipped with a special automatic self controlling No-stress system that is
patented by Negri Srl. The other versions can be optionally equipped with the standard
No-stress system manufactured by Negri srl and assembled on our professional range
of bioshredders and chippers since many years. In all diesel and gasoline versions the
transmission system is composed of a centrifugal clutch to idle the engine and of three
trapezoidal belts which convey the motion from engine to rotor even under averse
conditions. In the version for tractor the transmission system consists of a gear box
connected to the cutting system by means of pulleys and trapezoidal belts. R255 with
diesel and gasoline engine are provided with the standard agricultural carriage (with
2 wheels and a drawbar). An optional 80 km /h homologated trailer for road transport
with driving licence type B is also available for these versions. Special attention was
given to the realisation of a hopper loading system that would be as easy as possible.
R255 now has a particularly wide and high hopper and the height of the entry from
the ground is only 73 cm. for an effortless working session.
All versions are manufactured according to the safety systems in compliance with the
current European standard.

BIO-BROYEUR R255
Le Bio-Broyeur R255 est une machine professionnelle de
moyennes dimensions avec les véritables caractéristiques techniques indiquées
pour un emploi professionnel. L’innovant système de broyage mixte du R255 est
composé d’un rotor spécial avec 8 marteaux mobiles en acier trempé à coeur, et 2
lames fixes en acier placées sur l’extrémité du rotor et par 2 pales de ventilation à
l’intérieur du rotor qui permettent l’évacuation de la matière broyée. Ce nouveau
système permet de broyer la matière souple et les branches dans une trémie
unique tout en assurant une production horaire élevée et un niveau acoustique
faible pendant le fonctionnement grâce à l’expulsion directe du matériel broyé
sans l’utilisation d’une turbine supplémentaire. Dans la trémie il y a un ameneur
hydraulique réglable en vitesse et inversable qui règle l’entrée de la matière
dans le groupe de broyage pour tous les végétaux même durs et fibreux comme
palmiers, pins maritimes, tilleuls etc. jusqu’au diamètre maximum de 10 cm. (9
cm pour la version IGX 440). La finesse du travail est assurée par la présence
d’une grille avec barres verticales. L’évacuation des déchets se fait à travers
un tuyau d’évacuation avec rotation à 270° à une hauteur de 2,00 mt qui a un
réglage de portée. La machine est fournie avec moteur à essence Honda IGX 440,
Honda GX 620, avec moteur Diesel Lombardini 25 LD 425 ou dans la version
pour tracteur avec attelage 3 points de min.11,25 kw (15cv) de puissance. Toutes
les versions avec moteur Honda IGX 440 ont le dispositif automatique No-stress
breveté par Negri srl. Le dispositif No-stress standard, qui est normalement
produit par Negri srl et monté sur les broyeurs professionnels, est disponible
comme accessoire optionnel sur les autres versions. Les versions à moteur essence
ou diesel ont la transmission par embrayage centrifuge (pour la mise en marche
à vide) et par courroies trapézoïdales qui garantissent une correcte transmission
aussi en cas de travails lourds. Dans la version pour tracteur la transmission se
fait par le groupe multiplicateur qui est joint au système de broyage par des
poulies et des courroies trapézoïdales Les modèles avec moteur sont disponibles
sur un chariot agricole avec 2 roues et timon. Le remorque homologuée à
vitesse maxime 80 km/h avec permis de conduire B est disponible comme
accessoire optionnel. Apres une étude soignée sur la praticité de l’opération de
chargement, la trémie d’introduction du R255 est particulièrement large avec un
accès bas (73 cm. d’ hauteur) pour une travail plus confortable.
Toutes les versions sont dotées de système de sécurité conforme aux derniers
Standards Européens.

BIO-HAKSELAAR R255
De biohakselaar R255 is een middelgrote machine die voor professioneel
gebruik geschikt is dankzij haar opvallende technische eigenschappen. Ze heeft een vernieuwend
snijsysteem door een multifunctionele rotor die bestaat uit 20 bewegende hamers van tot in de
kern gehard staal, twee vaste stalen messen aan de buitenzijde van de rotor en twee schoepen
voor het uitwerpen van het materiaal die binnenin dezelfde rotor geplaatst zijn. Met dit
nieuwe systeem kan u al het te versnipperen materiaal, klein of groot, langs één enkele invoer
inbrengen. Zo hoeft u de takken niet meer zo klein te kappen en u bereikt een veel hogere
opbrengst per uur. Het materiaal wordt onmiddellijk door de rotor zelf naar buiten gedreven
zonder tussenkomst van een extra aangedreven ventilator waardoor de machine veel minder
luidruchtig is en minder onderhoud nodig heeft. Binnenin de aanvoertrechter bevindt zich een
qua snelheid regelbare hydraulische aanvoerrol die alle mogelijke groenafval tot bij de rotor
brengt, ook taai en vezelig materiaal zoals linde, dennenboom en palmboom enz. tot een
diameter van 10 cm (9cm bij de versie IGX 440). Het materaal wordt naar buiten geleid langs
een uitwerppijp van 2 m hoog die 270° draaibaar is. U kunt ook de verticale richting van de
uitwerpstraal aanpassen om te bepalen hoe ver het materiaal geblazen wordt. De afmetingen
van het versnipperde materiaal worden bepaald door een standaard rooster met verticale spijlen.
De machine wordt geleverd met een Honda benzinemotor IGX 440, Honda GX 620, Lombardini
Diesel 25 LD 425, of tenslotte ook in een versie voor aandrijving door een vierwielige trekker
die voorzien is van een driepunts aankoppeling en die beschikt over een vermogen van ten
minste 11,25 kW (15 PK). De uitvoering met de Honda IGX 440 motor is voorzien van een
automatisch nostress systeem dat speciaal is en waarvoor we octrooi aangevraagd hebben.
Voor de andere uitvoeringen is er in optie het normale nostress systeem dat we zelf bouwen
en dat al lang toegepast wordt op andere machines van onze gamma. Bij alle uitvoeringen met
motoraandrijving omvat de overbrenging een centrifugaalkoppeling zodat de motor gemakkelijk
te starten is, en ook v-snaren die het motorvermogen ook onder lastige omstandigheden
overbrengen. Bij de uitvoering voor aandrijving door een trekker bestaat de overbrenging uit
een versnellingsbak die middels riemschijven en v-snaren met de hakselgroep verbonden is.
De uitvoeringen met motor worden standaard geleverd met een 2-wielige aanhanger voor
landbouw gebruik die niet gehomologeerd is voor gebruik op de openbare weg, maar ze kunnen
ook geleverd worden in een versie met aanhanger die geschikt is voor vervoer langs de openbare
weg, gehomologeerd tot 80 km/u. Deze aanhanger mag u trekken indien u beschikt over een
rijbewijs type B. Er is veel aandacht geschonken aan een gebruiksvriendelijke vorm van de
aanvoertrechter. De machine beschikt over een zeer brede aanvoertrechter met een hoogte vanaf
de grond die teruggebracht is tot 73 cm, wat het werken gemakkelijker maakt.
Alle uitvoeringen zijn voorzien van veiligheidssystemen, conform met de laatste Europese richtlijnen.
