Completion of technical and domain certifications like ISTQB, ISEB, ATA, CSTE, AICPCU (INS 21, INS 22
and INS 23)
Mandatory: Insurance Foundation Certification
Bridge Competency / Development gaps through identified training programs aligning to latest
technological trends in testing involving Agile, Cloud, Security etc.
Priority 2: Delivery Excellence
Perform testing as per client quality standards. Ensure 100% adherence in providing data for
timesheet, review checklist and defect documentation along with effective participation in
conference / status calls with client / client team
Develop domain / functional / technical knowledge and establish yourself as an independent
performer
Increase amount of work done per unit time using lessons learnt from previous projects and reusing
work products or processes where applicable
Priority 3: Innovation and Automation
Suggest feasible improvement areas with client centric innovation mindset to bring in value to the
client, could be effort and time savings. Start working as self organized teams.

Identify pain points for clients & suggest reusable solutions by identifying and increasing the need for
automation
