for cost items such as :
Professional Services. Fees & Materials. Marketing & Publicity
50 % of Qualifying Costs Disburse Upon Approval.
Balance 50 % of Qualifying Costs Disburse Upon Project Completion

How soon can I hear from you?
You will receive application results within 1 month of application.

Can I still apply if my project is already funded by another grant?

Sure, as long as you have the necessary documentation. But itll only cover your
projects expenses that have not been funded.
If my project is funded, will I retain its Intellectual Property rights?
Yes you will. However if you choose to commercialise your project, you are to observe a moratorium for
one year after your projects completion. Lifelong Learning Council (LLC) and its affiliated organisations
reserves the right to use the projects for educational / non commercial purposes, showcase and
publicise the funded projects
Besides funding, what else will I / my company get if I apply for the fund?
Your project and organisation may be profiled in our publicity efforts, web platforms as well as our
events and activities nationwide.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount of funding a project can apply for?
There is no minimum amount. We welcome all projects no matter its size as long as it meets
our objectives. All approved projects may be funded up to 90% of qualifying costs, capped at $50,000,
whichever is lower.
Can I apply for more than one project?
Yes. As long as the projects are different.
What is Lifelong Learning Council?
The Lifelong Learning Council (LLC) is a community-led council that was appointed by the Minister of
Manpower, and supported by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. The LLC aims to inspire
and lead community efforts to promote lifelong learning. The LLC also spearheads community
partnership by integrating efforts across communities, employers, unions, education and training
providers, trade associations and the Government, to make learning more pervasive. The efforts of the
LLC will support and align with the SkillsFuture movement. Visit www.learnnow.sg to find out more
